The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Jesus was very approachable and gave clear instructions. It was nice to walk on the beach and there was plenty of space at the swimming pool.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

A short weekend break at the apartment, very nice rooms and even the neighbours on both sides are lovely . We will plan another trip soon .

We had a really pleasant stay at the apartment in Los Urrutias with all of the amenities we could need. The apartment was easy to find with plenty of free nearby parking and friendly neighbours. Right on the waterfront and close to the nearby bars, restaurants and small shops for groceries, but with quiet evenings for a peaceful sleep. Dave and Bryan were lovely hosts; very friendly and answered all of our questions quickly.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

hello, I'm in Fiona's apartment and the truth is better than what you see in the photo, everything is very clean, very quiet only you can breathe peace, the nature is impressive, Fiona is super friendly, we will be back. to get to the apartment after the security check is very easy, Google has it very bad.inficado sends you to Calle Pez Sword 46, but it is super easy it is to pass the security check and turn like who you go again for the security control and the third on the right, then to the left and then to the Calle Mero on the right very easy, it is left in case it helps you, it is super close to the supermarket spar, the restaurants, the beach Alcázares by this area you will find Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, Consum, Dia and big shops and it is only 12 minutes although the gsp is 19 O 25 minutes... a thousand thanks super host Fiona come back you are a love 😍😍😍😍

Veronika’s place was perfect for what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood with a dog park near by yet walkable to the beach / promenade. Supermarket around the corner. Free parking on the street right in front of the apartment. Apartment itself was so charming I wished we stayed longer. Beautiful windows and terrace in the bedroom perfect for your morning tea and coffee. Veronika shared details of person managing check in and check out, they were very responsive and we were able to adjust arrival time and checked in and out no problem. The price was very good as well. We’d be more than happy to stay again if we find ourselves traveling to the area again.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Wow! After spending a week here visiting a friend this place was great and had everything I needed and more. The place was spotless, great location as was right by the pool and wasn’t too far of a walk to the main square which allowed you to cool off from the Spanish sun at night! Entire place is well furnished with all the amenities you could need for a stay here for both short and long stays. Furniture is modern and well maintained and the roof terrace is incredible and plenty of seating if you were to host an evening here. Will definitely be booking here again if I come back. Fantastic stay! Everything you would ever need. Lots of toys for the kids for the pool even for the house. The house was immaculate and so beautiful. The host only took five minutes to reply even instantly 🤍🤍🤍We loved every minute of it and hopefully be back!

Fermín's accommodation was new with modern and tasteful decoration, it had beautiful views of the two seas and was very clean. Many extras that were worth it and make the stay very comfortable and with many options for recreational activities. There are also many options for getting around, such as bus stops, bicycles, scooters, etc. The area is very quiet, at least on the dates we traveled. We highly recommend it, Thank you Fermín!!
