Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! Ein großartiges Ferienhaus direkt am Binnensee auf La Manga, super ausgestattet, alles war da, was man sich wünschte. Nach knapp zweistündiger Fahrt vom Flughafen Alicante (auf der Rückfahrt mit 9,70 Euro Maut ging es schneller) kommt man auf einer Insel mit unzähligen Hochhäusern in ein kleines Idyll, in dem man sich am Rande von touristischem Leben und Trubel komplett in der Natur fühlt. Das Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen oder länger unbewohnt gewesen, doch nach kurzer Zeit hatten wir alles so hergerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Danke, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

Was allowed to check in early which was great as landed early. Villa was amazing…. Having 3 bathrooms was a god send as everyone could shower at their leisure Golf course was stunning and restaurant done lovely food - 16 min walk from villa Getting to nearest village / bars etc is short taxi ride Pavo was extremely helpful and always quick to respond Will defo rent again !!!!!

Märina war so eine tolle Gastgeberin, sie hat uns immer wieder geschrieben und gefragt ob sie etwas für uns machen kann. Wir haben sie darum gebeten uns 4 flaschen Cava zu besorgen und sie hat uns direkt 3 verschiedene sorten 6 flaschen gekauft und ganz unkompliziert über Airbnb eine anforderung geschickt. Sie kam persönlich vorbei um uns kennenzulernen und war genau so Sympatisch wie beim schreiben. Ebenfalls hat Märina und viele empfehlungen gesenden aber die Zeit in Alicante war leider zu kurz. Das Haus ist so so schön und sauber, sieht 1 zu 1 aus wie auf den Fotos. Auch im sich zu verabschieden kam sie extra vorbei und hat mir über WP nochmals geschrieben ob wir gut am Flughafen angekommen sind und das wird eine tolle Gruppe sind. Ich freue mich wiedermal in dieser Unterkunft mit Märina als Gastgeberin eine tolle Zeit zu verbringen.

Prachtig, groot en luxe appartement met 2 slaapkamers in het centrum van Murcia. Echt de moeite waard geweest. Hou wel rekening met parkeren op enige afstand (tegen betaling).

We arrived to find the apartment was exactly as we had expected from the description. Well furnished and equipped with a Spanish feel and absolutely amazing sea views, the impact of which hit you immediately you enter. The apartment had everything we needed, including bikes which are kept in a separate locked room on the ground floor. Access to the beach and Bar/Cafes was a three minute walk away and there were many restaurants within 10 minutes walk. We highly recommend this property. We loved it so much we asked if we could stay an extra week and happily we were able to do so. I have no complaints at all and any questions that cropped up during our stay were handled by the host immediately and efficiently.

probablement el millor Airbnb on hem estat. El pis és preciós, està molt ciudat i et sents com a casa. La ubicació és perfecte per anar caminant a tot arreu i hi ha parling gratiut a 10min caminant. Ha estat un plaer poder trobar un pis i una anfitriona tant bons. Tornariem sense dubtarho!

This is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Centrally located, but very peaceful for a good night's sleep. Filo met us in person and showed us around. This is a very relaxing place to spend a few days in Murcia. I highly recommend it.

This place was great for a month long stay. It was comfortable, very clean, had a lots of storage to stay organized, and the location was convenient. It can be a little noisey outside at certain times of day, but it dies down at bedtime so I never had issues sleeping. I would recommend staying here. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

This was a very comfortable and great apartment. It was about a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than 10 minutes from lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping. The central air conditioning was perfect for the hot days. It was wonderful having access to a washer and dryer since we were traveling light. It was very clean and comfortable. And with the apartment being inside a building, felt very safe. I’d definitely recommend.

Definitely recommend visiting! Beautiful area, very secluded. The tram made it very easy to get around, however a car may be useful for areas further away if you intend to travel around. The apartment was exactly as we imagined, beautifully furnished, had all the amenities we required, close to shops and a short journey from the city centre, and made a wonderful place to stay and relax while we visited Murcia! Pedro was amazing, so responsive, helped us with everything we needed, going above and beyond. Cannot thank him enough for his service. Can’t wait to return for another trip in the sunshine!

Was a beautiful location, and the pool was wonderful to cool down in the hot days. Mariano was incredibly responsive to messages, and met us at the accomodation to show us around. It was very clean, there were board games, and plenty of space for our group of 5. I would definitely stay here again, but would hire a car to make it easier to visit Murcia or Cartegena.

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Wir haben unsere anfängliche Buchung von einer Woche auf drei Wochen verlängert. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr stilvollen Komplexes mit wunderschönem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der in jedem Fall mit Hilfestellung zur Seite ist. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und danken herzlich für die Gelegenheit, hier wohnen zu dürfen.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Veldig fin leilighet og leilighetskompleks. Fin terrasse med markise som gjorde det levelig å sitte ute selv om sola sto rett på. Kort avstand til bassengområdet som var veldig rent og ryddig. Gode solsenger med parasoller. Veldig enkel og god kommunikasjon med verten, svarer raskt på spørsmål og tilbyr også skyss til og fra flyplassen. Kanskje best egnet for voksne og familier med litt større barn, da det f.eks ikke er lov med badeleker i bassenget, og det ikke er lov med ballspill på området.
