Absolutely loved this place. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. Host is very nice and helpful with every part of the process! Nice place to stay outside of some of the bigger cities. The inside is beautiful, and you can tell they have put in work to make the place look beautiful yet functional.

Zack is a great guy. Very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is superbly located, you can easily reach Ramsau and Mayrhofen on foot from there. We will be back!

Fantastic, warm and perfectly furnished apartment. Everything has been thought of. Everything you need is available and more. The balcony and the view are breathtakingly beautiful and large! The parking space in the underground car park is extremely convenient. Silence that is "disturbed" by cowbells and birdsong. An ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

We booked the apartment for 2 days and one day, friends also came and stayed. The kitchen/TV area along with the huge terrace was the highlight with stunning views and lots of seating and even a candle to light in the evening. It soon became the centre of activity for us. We visited in June but for the winter there are lots of amenities like wood and a heater. The bathroom could be described as luxurious with a bathtub and even has the option of radio. We did not meet Bernie but met the owner when we arrived and he met us very warmly. The apartment is beautiful and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighbourhood feels authentic and is an easy walk to Hall, which was also beautiful. There’s a supermarket right next to the apartment so very easy to stock up on essentials.

Accommodation was great and as described. The location is great and also the pool and sauna are great.

Despite the fact that the host himself was on holiday during our stay (it must also happen!), the reception was very well arranged and we could always ask questions. The location is a great base for walks in the beautiful surroundings. During our short stay we unfortunately had a full day of rain, but the spacious accommodation is fully equipped. Taking it easy for a day is really not a punishment. Recommended!

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Lovely place, a good amount of space for 10 adults. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are partly older (see pictures), but by no means broken or outdated. The bathroom on the 2nd floor has been completely renovated, for example. There is ample space for skis, snowboards and equipment. If the weather had been better, we would have liked to use the large terrace. The ski bus is a 3-minute walk, the Zillertalbahn about 5 minutes. The ski resorts “Hochzillertal,” “Mayrhofen” and “Zillertalarena” are easily accessible. The house has ample parking space.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and picturesque surroundings. We felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely time, the place had everything we needed. Petra was very responsive to any questions we had.

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, cereal and milk.

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

There were four of us in the apartment and it was a great time! Very relaxed! The rushing water from the river and the great view of nature - we liked it very much!!! We also did and saw a lot! We've already talked about coming here again!

We stayed at the property for a week. All was just perfect. The apartment is well equipped, there was nothing missing. When our daughter surprisingly wanted to stay overnight, it was no problem at all. We were completely satisfied with everything. A small supermarket and a bakery are within walking distance. We would book the place again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is spacious and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochel or Lake Walchen are also easily accessible by car. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Valentina’s beautiful bio farm. It was the perfect place for a peaceful escape, and we really enjoyed every moment as a small family. My wife, baby girl, and I felt right at home – the setting was serene, the surroundings were stunning, and everything was thoughtfully prepared. This was a beautiful apartment with a beautiful view! David was helpful and his family helped me received my luggage when my airline lost it. Very clean and spacious, would definitely recommend!
