Holiday rentals with a sauna in Stummerberg

It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view just steps away from a cable car , grocery store ( spar) and couple of minutes from the village restaurant s - yet very peaceful and secluded. There’s also a wonderful terrace- a must on sunny afternoons after skiing or hiking. It’s really a perfect apartment and location for skiing, exploring the mountains or just relaxing. Peter is an excellent host! The property is beautiful and location is perfect with great views. We had an excellent time and Peter was very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. I recommend you book a stay when in the Leogang area!

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we traveled with small children. Incidentally, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

We stayed a week in this very nice and comfortable apartment on Lake Walchen. There was everything you could need to spend a relaxing time. Everything was in modern and good condition. Special were a lot of little touches that made you feel welcome. The lakeside location is beautiful and you can both make hikes immediately from here and visit some beautiful places in a short distance. For shopping, it is best to drive to Kochel am See, but that can also be combined with a nice walk there. Many thanks to the host who has always maintained good contact.

We have stayed at a lot of air bnb’s and the most noteable thing that put Robert’s place ahead of the rest, besides the amazing view and beautiful property, was how welcoming and generous he was. In addition to great recommendations, he went the extra mile to greet us with a thoughtful basket of goodies upon arrival. The property was also impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need from first aid kits, fully stocked kitchen, and extra toiletries making our stay comfortable and stress free. It is clear the host put a lot of care into creating a great experience for his guests. We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything was clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and maintained. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

The Panorama Lodge has a beautiful view, a real panorama of the mountains. A lot of real wood makes the place valuable and cozy. In nice warm weather, the terrace with hanging chair and barbecue is a nice place to stay. The bathrooms next to the two downstairs bedrooms are clean and practical. The gallery and the upper bedroom is perfect for children. The beautiful large tiled stove makes it very cozy and cozy in the cold time. The landlords are super nice and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).
