The flat is located in a the historic part of Innsbruck - St Nikolaus. We have good public transport connections and free parking on our property. The flat is on the first floor with a generous balcony with a beautiful view. We offer a large bedroom with a double bed, TV and a single bed. In the living room we have dining table, TV and a sleeping couch. In the second bedroom with have a second double bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath tub. Also we have a fast internet 150/50Mbps.

The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. With its spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere, our farm is ideal for families. Our region offers numerous recreational opportunities: Refreshment in the natural swimming lake, varied hikes and in winter connection to the "Ski Juwel Alpbachtal" ski resort.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your outdoor adventure, only 3 minutes walk from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with a very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower, toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon. In the morning, I will put fresh rolls in front of the door on request. With nature in our hearts, we look forward to seeing you!
