In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In the summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the building.

The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!
