Barn holiday rentals in Stratford-on-Avon District

The Stable was exactly as described. We loved the outdoor seating in the sunshine overlooking the horses exercise yard. The Stable was very comfortable and had all the things we needed for a 3 night stay. Rita was very friendly and approachable. There is a Tesco a few minutes drive away as well as a small Co op. The Oxford Canal is close by, There are 2 National Trust properties within about half an hours drive as well as the towns of Stratford on Avon and Leamington Spa.

We really enjoyed our stay in the stables studios. The best feature, is most definitely the amazing view from the patio. Which looks over fields and paddocks (which currently have 3 Alpacas and a Donkey). We drove into Lutterworth for an evening meal (at Cheikho's), Which I would highly recommend. We were surprised to witness a spectacular fireworks display, thanks to the wedding event at the main house (thank you, whoever you are 🙏🏻) I would gladly recommend to family and friends

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the Hen House! ☺️ Homemade goodies from Nicki were delicious and we felt right at home. The local area is stunning (we especially loved the Malvern hills!). 5*

Faultless stay. Beautiful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within 20 minutes of all the typical tourist attractions. The grounds themselves are beautifully done with great dedicated areas for dogs to roam in an enclosed field as well as smaller gardens attached to each cottage for them. The Padel courts were brilliant quality and the tennis courts were great also. Friendly staff on site and we hope to come back with a bigger group of friends in the future!

What an incredibly beautiful and peaceful stay! Tom and his wife were such kind and gracious hosts I am so glad I was able to spend a few nights in their beautiful cottage! Getting to meet their two sweet pups made my stay even better if possible! I would 1000% book here again for a peaceful cottage getaway!

Walnut Cottage was a wonderful, amazing, relaxing getaway - just perfect. Jill was a brilliant host and couldn’t be more helpful. Lots of recommendations re food and days out - which were all excellent. We had the best weekend and were completely relaxed and couldn’t fault anything. Very dog friendly with great walks direct from the cottage. Lots to do in within a short distance and will definitely be back.

great stay at Carolyns place. quiet, peaceful with stunning views. Carolyn went above and beyond to assist with my requests. kids beds are for small kids so check beforehand as our 9 year old just fit the bottom bunk. we had a nice meal at the local pub and really enjoyed it. great getaway highly recommended.

Our stay at Pamela’s cabin was great! A peaceful farmhouse in a natural environment. The road in front of the house is rather busy with fast driving cars but mainly during peak hours. Furthermore a quiet area with lots of birds and flowers in our time of the year 🌺 Thank you Pam!

Wow!!! What to say about Larch Barn ❤️ Sarah is a wonderful host and replied to any questions we had quickly. The surroundings of the barn are beautiful!!! We needed a rest and reset from our busy lives and we certainly got that. Daily walks from the property are in abundance but equally if you want to kick back and do nothing the space is comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The only downside to our stay is that our little dog Margot was depressed at being back home for a good 48hrs and I can’t say I blame her!!! Thank you Sarah, we will be back.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2 nights as we went to an event at the NEC. It is in a beautiful location with lots of animals to meet and we particularly enjoyed meeting Winston, Wallace and Wellington the pigs! Both Tina and Martin were extremely friendly and welcoming. It was spotless, cosy and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The xbox and boardgames were a great touch! We will definitely be returning and highly recommend!

Beautiful stay, location is down a lovely quiet lane, with lots of wildlife, so perfect for nature lovers. Well equipped kitchen, good use of space. Could easily stay for longer than a few days. Karen was very responsive leading up to our stay, sending lots of local information. Once there we were left to our own devices and didnt feel over looked. Karen and Finn(Karens lovely dog) popped in to say hi and offer more local dog walks. Great stay. Thank you Laura & Jen

We’ve just had the most wonderful few days in the Cotswolds at Neil and Janet’s barn. Beautiful location, super comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen, thank you. The property is so much bigger than it looks in the photos.

Lovely location on the outskirts of Hinckley. Peaceful and quiet but only 5-10 mins drive from Hinckley with Morrisons and a farm selling fresh milk really close by. Property itself is a beautiful barn conversion with a huge open plan kitchen and 2 large bathrooms. Everything was very clean, well organised and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful if we had any questions but not intrusive. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This was a little slice of heaven in the most gorgeous little village. The cottage was stunning and the interiors were gorgeous-but also felt very homely and comfy, Clare was an amazing host, leaving clear instructions and lots of lovely recos (we loved the white horse full of local characters and within walking distance and the quince and clover was fab). We would def be back and would highly recommend!

I am a regular guest and stay here whenever I am working in the local area. The accommodation is always spotlessly clean and very, very comfortable. The location is so peaceful and rural with beautiful gardens overlooking meadows. Penny & Simon are very friendly and helpful hosts and always leave some tasty welcome treats for me to enjoy - so thoughtful! I look forward to returning again soon x

What a gem of a find. Perfect location for a stay over for a wedding at Hagley Hall. We arrived during an afternoon break in the celebration - Theresa allowed us to check on early. We sat outside on the lawn in the sunshine with a drink and felt like we were on holiday! So lovely to have this beautifully furnished, ultra clean space to stay in rather than one cramped Premium Inn room. We could have easily stayed for a whole week, it was so peaceful and relaxing in the beautiful countryside. Theresa was the perfect host - thank you! If you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

We stayed at the cottage while visiting our new grandson in nearby Woodford Halse. Communications from Victoria were excellent, as were directions. Upon our arrival Victoria came out to greet us and (vitally important) to ask us what we wanted for breakfast! The cottage turned out to be an absolute delight, nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our last Airbnb experience in May 2024 was dreadful and it was a relief to have our faith restored. Although the cottage was small, it was perfect for our needs. The bedroom upstairs was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. The downstairs bathroom was nicely appointed and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Although the cottage doesn't have a kitchen as such, Victoria provided a microwave and toaster, plus bread, cereals, tea, milk, coffee etc. Nothing had been overlooked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend both the cottage and our host Victoria unreservedly! Thank you very much Victoria! Andrew & Jayne.

Valerie’s cottage is very peaceful and is the perfect place to stay while visiting the Cotswolds. The Old House Barn is very clean and had all the amenities you will need. Valerie provided us great recommendations for places to visit and some great restaurants. She is also quick to respond to any messages. I definitely give her and The Old House Barn 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

Lovely little apartment that was perfect for our short stay with our dogs, the apartment had everything we needed and the garden area was great for the dogs. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, overall our stay was perfect.

Absolutely perfect page to stay with friends. We celebrated a chilled weekend in here and it was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more if it tried, definitely worth a visit. We will most definitely be returning again. Thank you for hosting us

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely property as we were going to the NEC for the good food show 20mins away we managed to get a taxi there and back with no problems The property was amazing felt like home There was a lovely welcome tray with coffee biscuits bread marmalade in the fridge was juice milk and butter Kitchen was well stocked WiFi was really good Lovely courtyard garden Louise was amazing and very helpful The weather was very hot on our stay we asked for a fan and she managed to sort us one straight away nothing was too much trouble Will definitely stay again
