House holiday rentals in Stratford-on-Avon District

We spent 6 days at Rob’s place with our 3 children. The weather was not our friend but the onsite swimming pool meant we still had a fabulous time. The hot tub was a great addition to the property. The cottage had plenty of room for us all & the spa facilities were fantastic. Great location as well, we had a lovely morning wandering around Cirencester. Rob was super helpful. We used 2 of the recommended places to eat & both were fantastic options. Lovely stay!

We stayed here to celebrate my Dad’s 70th birthday as a family. The house is absolutely beautiful, it’s very clean and the interior suits the surroundings perfectly. The view of the water is stunning and so lovely to look at first thing in the morning! I would highly recommend. There’s also lots to do on site which is real bonus. We walked to the local pub, the Bakers Arms which we’d highly recommend for a short but pleasant walk. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at the barn, celebrating a big birthday. There were 6 adults staying and we were all extremely comfortable. Mike and Joan were very hospitable, generous and responsive. The barn is as fabulous as the photos suggest. The views are amazing. The pool is wonderful. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We very much hope to return.

A beautiful barn conversion in lovely grounds with lots of facilities, with thoughtful and helpful hosts. It was a fabulous long weekend and we didn’t need to leave the grounds to be entertained throughout, from in the pool to playing pool, it was all we could ask for.

Ian's place was a perfect spot for our group while attending a local wedding. Very cute and charming, full of all the amenities needed, and a lovely welcome basket was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend booking Ian's place to anybody interested.

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

This cottage is perfect for a stay in Stratford. All extremely clean, brilliant instructions for everything right down to the shower. Located just a 5 minute walk from Stratford centre and restaurants/pubs. The host was extremely helpful in passing us information about the cottage and arranged a parking permit for us in the same road. Milk and biscuits on arrival was also a lovely touch. We arrived on a hot weekend and were able to make use of the patio. We'll be back!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Patricia and Alastair were the loveliest and most thoughtful hosts—so communicative, warm, and helpful throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. There were so many personal touches around the house that made our stay extra memorable. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully decorated, with super comfortable beds and plenty of inviting spaces to relax in. We were in town for a wedding locally at Hadsham Farms, and following advice from Patricia, arranging transport with the local taxi firm was a breeze. Very good spot to stay if you are at a wedding over that way. I've stayed in many Airbnbs around the world, but this place is my absolute favourite—thanks to Patricia and Alastair, who are truly exceptional hosts. I’m already planning to coming back for a weekend getaway later this summer/early autumn! Thank you both so much for such a wonderful experience—we truly appreciated every moment.

The house is in a great location for a visit to Warwick castle and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved our time in the Jasmine Cottage! After 5 busy days sight seeing in London, this was the perfect place to stay with our 8 and 5 year old sons to just relax and enjoy a slower paced few days. A 1 minute walk (at most) to the town shops, restaurant, and water. Everything looked exactly like the photos, the host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location could not have been better. We already miss it and will look back fondly on our time at Jasmine Cottage for many years to come!

We have recently stayed as a group of 7 adults and 1 baby. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean with all of the basic amenities you could possibly need for a short break. The garden was a lovely space to sit and the neighbourhood itself was peaceful. William and Jenny have been nothing short of helpful, from recommending a local cakemaker for a birthday surprise for my mother in law, to advising us on parking and how to use the heating, and making sure we had all the correct check-in and check-out information. It was a less than 10 minute walk into the centre, with local markets on over the weekend which was a lovely atmosphere. The entire family agreed that we would book here again in an instant and can't recommend William & Jenny enough. Thank you again!

Accommodation was brilliant, lovely and clean. The location was really good, private and out of town enough not to be bothered by tourists but close enough to walk in and very easy to get out into the countryside.

Wonderful place for both 2 legged and 4 legged friends with plenty of beautiful walks. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful, letting us use their paddocks to exercise our GSD. The Writer’s retreat sits within beautifully maintained grounds and has everything required for a break away. I appreciated the thoughtful additions of condiments and spices in the kitchen . If you love books there are shelves and shelves of them; on wet days hunkering down with a book wouldn’t be a problem! Now we’ve discovered this little haven we will definitely return when there is another family get together in Stratford.

We were traveling as a family with a preschooler as well as a grandparent and this house was great for all. We were looking for a place with unique character, space to comfortably fit all of us and was walkable to everything we wanted to everything we wanted to do in Stratford-upon-Avon. This property definitely delivered! Booking and checkin were breezy and seamless, the lovely garden and giant tub were great bonuses, and the house was spotlessly clean. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had a lovely weekend stay at Gary's place. The location was perfect, a 5 minute walk to all the main attractions and the cottage was so well stocked and beautifully clean and cosy. Gary sorted out parking which was right outside the cottage, and helped with all our other queries. I forgot my kindle and he posted it onto me straight away with tracked delivery. We could not ask for a better host. Definitely a 5 star stay, and highly recommend.

from minute booking the place george answer my message straight away and very helpful full. when we arrived as were work me we needed some where easy nice to rest and clean up after a day's work it was spot on beautiful place it's even better in person then in the pictures, very quite so peaceful just nice to chill after a long day's work and get ready for the next day would definitely recommend this place to any one, and the price was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. so thank you george much appreciated.

My 2 friends and I had a great 2 nights at Samantha 's place for a bday weekend celebrations. Samantha left a delivious cake abd 2 bottles of wine for us. So very generous of her. My friends's trains were not until 1400 but Samantha allowed to check out later. We are so grateful. Samanta answered all our queries on time which makes it easier to plan our holiday. The location is convenient and within walking distance of all the attractions. The place is clean, plenty of pillows, duvets and pillows. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I m a very fussy person but Samantha's cottage is lovely. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Samantha for making my birthday a memorable one.

The great thing about the house is that it's less than a 5 minute walk to the pedestrianised area in the center of Stratford-upon-Avon, but is still in a quiet little side street with a parking space. The interior is good, particularly the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a lovely garden with comfortable outdoor seating. All the attractions of Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy walk away.

**A Perfect Stay in the Cotswolds** We had such a wonderful stay at this beautifully presented cottage in the Cotswolds. Immaculate throughout and tastefully decorated, the space felt both cosy and luxurious. A thoughtful touch on arrival was the fresh bread and cake, so welcoming after a journey. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Deborah, the housekeeper, was fantastic – very responsive and helpful, with clear, timely communication. The location was another highlight – peaceful yet perfectly positioned, with Soho Farmhouse a pleasant walk away. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing get away!
