Holiday rentals with lake access in Stockholm

Very nice house, with great views to all sides, inside spacious and very tasteful, warm despite the temporary cold, good kitchen equipment, we cooked 4x. Then also especially nice that there is the new ferry through the archipelago to Stockholm, bus to Gustavsberg does not run very regularly, but after all, a car is better for shopping. Klara and her mother-in-law were very helpful and friendly. Everything wonderful

The house is something very special, a place with soul! We enjoyed the time in this place very much and would like to come back. Susanna, as well as her husband, were delightful!

Our time at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, we felt incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness and coziness of the house were outstanding, and the lovingly designed details of the furnishings inspired us again and again. Each room was furnished with so much taste and a sense of something special that it resulted in a harmonious and inviting overall picture – almost like a home away from home. The sauna and fireplace in particular perfectly rounded off our stay and provided unforgettable moments of well-being. An absolute highlight was the snowfall on New Year's Eve, which turned the already picturesque surroundings into a true winter wonderland. This combination of fantastic scenery and exceptional accommodation has made our Sweden vacation just as we had dreamed of it. We would have liked to have stayed longer! We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

Johan and Laila's beautiful house meets all the requirements. Super spacious and nicely located on the waterfront with running trail. We had a wonderful time thanks to the very good care of the hosts. Highly recommended!

A lovely place to stay and very peaceful surroundings. The island of Tranholmen was lovely and Anna & Donna’s place had everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Sweden!

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a third. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything anyone would need. But add in the Jörgen is an amazing host! Responsive to any questions and friendly! The check in and check out process is the easiest we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back again! The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Best stay ever!!! It was incredibly beautiful, so I spontaneously extended it another week. The house is so cute, cozy, perfectly equipped and exceptionally clean! Upon arrival, Robert and Diana showed me the surroundings. The two are so warm and always available on site and by message and incredibly helpful. They give great tips for things to do, restaurants, etc. The lake is really right outside the door, very clean and great for swimming. I could borrow the SUP at any time. The sea is also just 2 minutes away. I will never forget the days there and left with a heavy heart. I've rarely had such a perfect place to stay! THANK YOU!

Absolutely gorgeous and spacious apartment that was perfect for my family. It was well decorated, and had everything we needed. Amazing views as well, and the small garden in the building was lovely. The location was close to several museums, parks, and public transportation. Easy check in, and Mathias was quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect for our visiting family. He was very responsive to any questions and made us feel very welcome. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Thanks for an excellent stay.

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

I would have given 6 stars if it was available. We had been traveling Scandinavia for the last couple of weeks and Oliver and his father’s spot was easily our favorite. He was very accommodating and helpful. We had bad weather a couple of days and he did everything he could to make it up to us. Went above and beyond in every aspect. I even got to catch some Swedish fish in their lake! He set the boat in and had fishing poles. I hope I get to go back some day!

A real little haven of peace! The accommodation is modern, well arranged and perfectly located by the sea with breathtaking views. We loved the tranquility of the surrounding nature. Ideal to unwind. Everything was clean and well thought out, the host is responsive and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The sea cottage was beautiful as advertised in the photographs. Quiet and tucked away, but a quick 20-25 minute drive into the city. Peter and Malin were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had! They made the process seamless and stress free. Definitely a hidden gem in the outskirts of Stockholm.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quiet and peaceful place in the Tynningö. The best part by far was the view — wide open sea, fresh air, and large cruise ships slowly passing right in front of the house. It was like watching a moving postcard! One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub overlooking the sea. Sitting in the warm water while watching the sunset or seeing ships glide past was an unforgettable experience — calm, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. The house is simple and cozy, with all the essentials you need. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable — and honestly, the view and outdoor experience more than made up for it. Highly recommended if you're looking to disconnect, recharge, and enjoy the best of the Swedish archipelago.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastic house. Everything was perfect – the house is very well maintained, well equipped and offers a magnificent view of the water. The location on the quiet island is idyllic and yet Stockholm can be reached in only about 40 minutes. Linda and her husband were great hosts: warm, helpful and available at all times. We felt completely comfortable. We can highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!
