Erik was a phenomenal host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay at his house. His family were lovely people and helpful with any and all questions. Erik gave is good clear instructions on the best places to go to in the area, how to travel to the city and how to use all the appliances/facilities in the house. I couldn’t recommend him any more, he made our stay really more comforting and laid a great basis for our stay in Chicago. Cheers Erik!

Aurora was an amazing host. We had just stayed one night because we were just in town for a WNBA game. the arena was close to the house, which was nice. I loved how close she lived to the city but also far enough that the neighborhood was quiet. In the morning when we woke up Aurora had gave us nice suggestions for breakfast and it was a really good restaurant. Aurora was also super helpful when I needed help with the TV because it wouldn’t turn on and she came right down to fix it! She also had water and snacks laid out for us, which was also very nice and comforting.

Tom and Grace were very welcoming. They encouraged us to think of their home as ours. It was lovely, on a lovely street in the relaxing and lovely town of Oak Park. Close to the metro trains. Close to Oak Park downtown. Convenient to downtown Chicago. Loved eating in front porch. Great parking spot. Did not use the car all week. Walking neighborhood. A lovely stay all around.
