Monthly Rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

Great location on Bavaro beach, super clean apartment and pool. On a very nice stretch of the beach, as well. Recommend walking to a bunch of the nearby restaurants, specifically La Bruja Chupadora!

Absolute must go! The apartment was clean, and very nice - we would 100% visit again. Such a great condominium - close walk to the beach, close to great restaurants, security is very strict and we felt extremely safe. William was very friendly and responsive and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed - he is amazing!! Only thing this place was missing was a washer/dryer and a dishwasher - but they do have a laundromat on site and will do your laundry for you for 400 pesos. We spent two weeks there over Christmas and it was a 12/10! Thank you!!!

Stanza Mare is a beautiful place. The grounds are very well kept and extremely clean. The beach is right there within walking distance and the pool is so beautiful. There are many restaurants, markets and shops all in very close proximity to the condo. The condo it self was just as it was listed. It is in need of some love but overall we had an amazing stay. So much so we have already booked again. The view, THE VIEW is absolutely one of the greatest parts of this place. I definitely recommend a visit and booking with Camila. Don't hesitate you won't regret it!
