Holiday rentals with beach access in Stanza Mare Pool

Great place to stay - I would highly recommend to everyone! Pros: - The VIEW! Right on the beach and looking directly onto the ocean - Excellent communication from the host leading up to the trip and while we were there. We had an issue with one of the ACs when we first checked in and they had someone there within an hour to fix it - Really nice communal pool with a bar that was open from 8-6 for snacks and great cheap cocktails Cons - just want to include so people are realistic with expectations, but this wouldn't deter me from staying there: - There is one un-remodeled shower which felt pretty dingy compared to the others - The water pressure wasn't great and it never got more than lukewarm but that is probably a by product of island plumbing in general - The beach area for the condo is where the booze cruises and activity boats do their pickups so there was constant activity but they do have a section of the water cordoned off so you don't have to worry about dodging boats

I really enjoyed my time staying here. the pool is a amazing, the view is amazing, the beach is amazing and minutes away by walking. a lot of bars and restaurants en the area, and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. The plan is to return.

This unit was by far one of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced at Stanza Mare. We did have some issues with some plumbing in the bathroom, but overall this was a very cherry find. Yves is always at the ready to help and provide service or suggestions for the best stay possible. Walk out the patio to a world of friendly people and ocean breezes and sunshine.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The view was stunning, and the decoration of the place was beautiful and very tasteful. It felt peaceful and relaxing from the moment I arrived. The beach was just a short walk away, which made everything even better. If you're looking for a quiet and cozy place to unwind, this is the perfect spot. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

This home was wonderful. Whenever I come back to Punta Cana I will stay here again for sure. Disappointed with the WiFi at the top floor at times. Who needs WiFi though if you are having a good time The pool is private. The neighborhood has everything you could want in DR. Right by the beach. The host was very responsive to any issue or question. Allowed my guest and I to have an uninterrupted good time. Literally 5 star stay. Grill works, pool works, hot water showers without long waits. I’ll be ranting and raving about this Airbnb for at least a yr. The convenience store and liquor store right on the first floor and same street. Just so many great things honestly. Thank you managers if this place

Fantastic apartment super centrally located close to a gorgeous and fun beach and lots of fantastic restaurants. Apartment is super clean and comfortable with a nice pool. Host is incredibly helpful with recommendations and even finding 2am transportation to the airport. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Rufina's place. She was very attentive and responsive and accommodating with early check-in and later check-out. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The picuzzi is a nice touch and the private beach access was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Love our stay. Host always responded. Close to everything and especially the beach. We didn’t need a car rental. We did 2 excursions recommended by host and they picked us up at our place and dropped off. They took us shopping with free of charge. Overall, we had an awesome and safe stay with Bea Living Properties.

Great place. some of the showers were cracked but other than that it was a great stay and great location.

Julio’s place is a oasis in Playa Bávaro. We were scammed by different hotels and found ourselves without a place to sleep by 10pm, in a weird state. We found Julio’s home by indication from a security guard and he promptly opened his house for us, he was a life savior and very helpful throughout it all. I highly recommend staying here, forget about any hotel you have seen, this is the best location and secure.

Vista Cana is definitely an amazing place. The villa is luxurious, perfect for disconnecting from the world and living an unforgettable experience. The piscuzzi is spectacular and the place is full of attractions: restaurants, artificial beaches, fishing lakes and we even play golf. ⛳️ I've been to several Airbnbs, but few like this. I'll definitely be back. Asael was an exceptional host, always attentive from the beginning to the end. Thank you for everything!

We had a pleasant stay at Jesus' place. The location was a short uber ride to downtown, a 10 min walk to the beach (albeit, only 2 options for you to enjoy if youre not staying at one of the beachfront resorts). We did encounter roaches in the bathroom on 2 separate occasions during our stay, but seemed typical for the area, and the home seemed cleaned overall. Jesus was very responsável, friendly and helpful. The price was fair and overall would recommend! Thanks Jesus!

Loved this place it was a very comfy and homey vibe! They have security 24/7 so I felt very safe! The water does turn hot and cold every couple of minutes but other than that the stay was amazing!

I had an amazing stay at Yolaina’s apartment in Punta Cana! It was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants, a supermarket, bars, and even a disco, yet still peaceful and quiet when you want to relax. It offered the perfect mix of safety, tourist attractions, and authentic local culture. The pool area was also fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Tanja's place. The unit was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The property in general was excellent and close to many amenities. Tanja is an excellent host and very responsive. We will look to book this property again. 5 stars.
