Holiday rentals with beach access in Stamford

Abby and Curran are genuinely nice hosts. Their place is ideal for people who enjoy old homes, New England, and coastal life. The suite has a comfortable queen sized bed and an arm chair and sofa, perfect for reading and reflecting. The sofa also folds out into a bed. Chickens and rabbits welcomed us home after time away exploring Milford and the surrounding area. Americana at its best.

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

We loved Jamie’s place. The location is PERFECT (right on the edge of downtown Sayville), and has convenient parking, too. Instructions to get in were waiting in our inbox as soon as we got off the plane. Super convenient to Islip airport. The space is immaculate. Perfectly clean, everything looks new and is imperfect working order. Well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessities. The AC is a STRONG unit. When it comes on - it’s ON! If You’re a light sleeper you might notice, but it didn’t bother us at all. Internet was fast and strong throughout the flat (although it’s not that big, of course). The friends we were visiting loved it so much they’re going to start recommending it to all their guests!

We had a wonderful stay at Anthea’s place! It was private, cozy, and a perfect haven between busy activities with our 4 month old! It was clean, well stoked, and very homey. Anthea was friendly and very responsive with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend!

It was really clean and very private, we felt right at home. There was tv, towels, shampoo and conditioner included. The host was very nice and helpful.

Alisa’s and Lena’s place is beautiful! Easily accessible with a private entrance from the back via stairs to the second floor it is a beautiful small apartment decorated with many thoughtful little items around a maritime theme. The place was cozy, clean, and had everything to offer that one might need. The location is very close to the newly developed Sandy Point Bird Sanctuary, a beautiful park along the beach of the Long Island Sound. Will keep this in mind to return to in the future!

It was deceiving from outside but the place was beautiful. Small but spacious. My friend and I were there for a little writer’s retreat and it was perfect. Calm and peaceful. The surrounding area was beautiful too. The lake across the street was framed perfectly by the beautiful big windows. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we knew the home and area would be perfect during the warmer weather too.

We love staying at Cail and Jayne’s beach home in Milford! This is our second time at one of their homes, first time on the marsh side of street. It’s a beautiful setting and great for bird watching! This is also why I love staying at superhost properties. Communication is always fast and easy, the place is spotless, tons of amenities, easy to follow instructions, comfortable beds, and the home is decorated beautifully. My Mom and I were sad to leave. Tl;dr: Great home, great hosts, great location. Highly recommended!

Elena was an absolute gem to work with! She was super responsive and made sure the house felt more like home than a rental. My family and I stayed at home midweek of my wedding weekend, so we could all stay together before heading to our next destination. Ironically, this home happened to be on my old street that I lived on for 11 years, which made it that much more special. I’d highly recommend renting this Airbnb. Nothing less than five stars!!

We had a wonderful stay at Greg’s house in Fairfield. We were down for the weekend to celebrate my nephew’s high school graduation. The house was spotless, had all the necessities and more, and in a great location. Easy to walk to town, playground, etc. The deck was spacious and the fully fenced in yard was perfect since we had our dog with us. Loved the basketball hoop and mini driveway court as well! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful layout and views: The living room extends to an expansive harbor view as we opened the door. When we turn around the lofty A frame transitions into the bedroom connected by a wooden spiral stair. Interior appliances are good and functional. Plenty of Pillows and blankets to get cozy. The Weber Grill is great to use. We used public transport and Uber and it was pretty easy to get around - 15 mins to nearby scenes and restaurants.

The Captain’s Cottage was beautiful and exactly like the pictures. We walked (with umbrellas) to the quaint shops and restaurants and along the harbor. It was a perfect location to breathe some sea air, and just a short drive to the Long Island Railroad for time in the city. We just had the best time and Kim was a wonderful and accessible host!

John and Crystal's place is in a safe and comfortable part of town. The space was well kept and well described. The bathroom and bedroom(s) were comfortable and definitely worth my time in Fairfield!

We had a great stay! Lots of Family for graduation, love the area.

Great little getaway, only wish it could've been longer! My favorite part was having the outdoor deck with a place to sit and take an outdoor shower (plus the grill but we didn't use it). Would definitely stay here again!

Met all of our needs to be close to family in the area for an event. It's very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The spiral staircase was steep and narrow, but we made it work. Thanks for a great overall stay!

the unit was perfect for my husband and myself and was in a very good location by the ferry and restaurants. It even had a rooftop deck to enjoy our wine time. We were close to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the different towns especially Ocean Beach which had shops and restaurants to explore. Anytime we had a question, we were able to contact someone to assist us as this is the first time we used an ABNB. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Nick’s place is the jackpot! My stay was comfortable and peaceful - two of my most important requirements in an airbnb. I had everything I needed, and Nick checked in to make sure my stay was going smoothly. He was also readily available for any questions I had. I loved the ease of attending my workshop at Pioneer Works. While my colleagues were taking Ubers in from other parts of Brooklyn and Manhattan, I had a mere 4 block walk. And the Red Hook neighborhood is a slice of life. I had everything I needed within a few blocks - restaurants, bars,bodegas and a few nice shops. This was an absolutely delightful place to stay, and I look forward to coming back and hopefully staying longer next time.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
