Apartment holiday rentals in Staffelsee

The apartment is only 10 minutes from the train station, Murnau is a very good central starting point for exploring the Blue Country. The apartment has a small balcony with a great view of the Alps and it is very quiet. With a few steps you are in the pedestrian zone. You should know: the apartment is on the second floor without elevator, washing machine/dryer are in the basement, the stove has only 2 plates, the apartment has many slopes - also in the bedroom, attention tall people ;-). The landlord responds very quickly to questions and problems.

Sweet little apartment and very quiet location. Victoria and Karsten are super nice hosts who always help when you need something.

We stayed for a week and it was very comfortable, the house has everything you need also to make all kinds of meals. The entrance is shared with the host but you have a lot of privacy. The family house is well maintained and our small dog was super happy with the garden.

One of the best accommodations we've found on Airbnb so far. The house is new and modern and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the fly screens on all windows very practical. Our dog also felt very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful in this corner anyway.

The whole apartment is an absolute highlight and really perfect for us! Everything was just great! A huge compliment and big thank you to the two for this great apartment. The bed was extremely cozy, the kitchen super equipped, the check in easy and the all-round balcony simply a dream! The apartment is modern and rustic and traditional - a wonderful combination! I was able to enjoy my trip thanks to the really friendly host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and resolved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, I definitely want to come to this accommodation. It was a really pretty, comfortable, and cozy... It was a very, very nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

We were on site for 4 days and everything was as described. The facility was very nice and discreet. The location of the accommodation was very quiet and rural. We would recommend the accommodation. ☺️

We had wonderful days in Grafenaschau! The apartment is very nicely located, as you can travel in all directions - via the Murnauer Moos to Murnau, to the Staffelsee and up to the mountains. Not recommended without a car, however, there is no bus and the train station is a 40-minute walk. You can park there and then take the train, which runs once an hour. We were very lucky that we had sun and snow up top the whole time! Grafenaschau is very quiet, you are completely away from everything, the café is nice and the village shop very friendly and well stocked, we felt very comfortable. The contact with Miriam and Christian was very nice. Our top excursion tips: Walk around the (whole) Staffelsee, Schloßcafé in Murnau, with the Bimmelbahn to Unterammergau and on the Pürschling (cabin, very exhausting, 2.5 hours ascent, but absolutely worthwhile!), Café Krönner in Murnau, Seerestaurant Alpenblick in Uffing with magnificent lake views.

VERY clean, modern, nice apartment in walking distance to everything. Location is on the busy main road but the windows/doors are incredibly thick so you couldn’t hear traffic at all- very quiet. Wonderful appliances including washer/dryer. Proactive communication from host with helpful info on the area for visitors- thank you for a nice stay!

a perfect week! The host was very responsive and welcoming, which greatly facilitated our arrival. The apartment was impeccable, irreproachably clean. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay: complete amenities, well-equipped kitchen, lots of utensils. The living room and bedroom are very spacious, offering real comfort on a daily basis. Parking space is a real plus. The location is ideal: only 70 meters from the chairlift, with a charming terrace as a bonus where you can relax after a day in the mountains. A real cocoon out of time, which I recommend without hesitation to those who seek to recharge their batteries.

Andrea and Laura’s apartment has everything you need and more. It feels like home away from home and is beautifully furnished to feel cosy and welcoming. The surroundings are so peaceful, I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend staying here.

This is a real comfortable and cosy apartment with everything you need; also nice outdoor space which is private and great for relaxing. Ursula was very helpful and understanding, I had a minor medical problem and she really helped out, thanks again Ursula! ♥️ Oberau itself is very pretty with an absolutely amazing outdoor public swimming pool, please check it out! Nice restaurants, ask Ursula for recommendations: also towns nearby are easily reachable by train and wort a visit.

This is an incredible place with epic views off the balconies and huge sliding windows. We stayed with our kids and had everything we needed, incredibly comfortable beds, luxurious bedding and beautifully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The hosts are really responsive, helpful and kind. They brought us fans when we visited during a hot spell and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed. This location is a perfect retreat and/or starting off point for visiting Neuschwanstein and other tourist sites in the area. A wonderful experience!

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach the Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is only a short walk away, we even went there twice. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The furnishings of the apartment were very good and as described. Everything you need for everyday vacation life was there. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace and quiet was heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the occasional ringing of the cowbells. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

I loved it, great starting point for ski tours/hiking, very quiet, good Wi-Fi for working, a 10-minute walk to the supermarket.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but by car in 15 minutes in Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)
