Our small apartment with 60 square meters integrated in the house is located between Murnau and Oberammergau on the Murnauer Moos. The area invites you to mountain and cycling tours, hikes and swimming trips to the surrounding lakes such as Staffelsee, Kochelsee and Walchensee. Also, nothing stands in the way of day trips to Austria, e.g. Lechtal, as it can be reached in about 1 hour. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with balcony and view of the Estergebirge. Our village shop provides culinary delights and can be reached in 1 minute from 6:30 am.

Small private apartment (20 square meters) with small, fine bathroom (shower / toilet) and pantry kitchen (electric stove, fridge, coffee maker) in a quiet yet central location. On foot, it is only 10 minutes to the train station or supermarket and it is only 15 minutes to the center of Murnau or to Lake Staffelsee. There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Absolutely our most beautiful apartment! It is brighter, larger (30 m²) and has a brilliant view, plus a private balcony ... best mattresses or slatted frames ... a new TV (not yet in photos). An additional cot or mattress on the floor for another person is possible. Living in the studio building

The small 1-2 room apartment in the studio house is lovingly designed and is very central to the pedestrian zone and right next to the castle museum. From here you can easily reach the train station and lakes. Perfect as a starting point for activities and excursions in the Blue Country. I offer private Maluntericht and the guided art walk "in the footsteps of Franz Marc". Also, there is the possibility to water at one of my favorite places outdoors.

Quiet, comfortable 2 room apartment in the countryside with mountain views

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
