The apartment at Prox31 was a fantastic place for a long-term stay. The modern decor facilitates a warm and inviting feeling immediately when you walk into the apartment. Everything you need to feel quickly at home is there—comfortable bed, fast WiFi, easy to navigate kitchen, and good size bathroom. The area is a good mix of modern apartment buildings in an urban environment. The neighborhood is very walkable for dogs and eatery options are easily accessible. Local shopping and fitness options are within a short distance. The hosts are wonderful and provided so much useful information at the start of our stay. They were always responsive when we had questions and I’d feel quite at ease staying with them again in the future.

Laura and David were absolutely the best at communication! When we got to the Airbnb, it was a bit cold inside. The temperature was below zero, so Laura brought us an extra tower heater to use. We were toasty warm after that. Any time we had a question or concern, Laura and David immediately responded. Did I mention they were super responsive hosts? The rental was clean, cute, and full of natural light. The heated bathroom floor was wonderful! I would definitely rent again.

Comfortable and safe place to stay in St. Louis Park Minneapolis. Close to shopping, park areas, bike and walking trails. Daughter and family live nearby so this was very convenient. This was the second time we have stayed here, and the host is wonderful. Stocked well with toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters etc. Kitchen is well equipped with gas stove and oven, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. Herb garden right outside the kitchen window! Bonus is washer and dryer in basement so this is a great place for an extended stay. We stayed more than a month. Loved the vintage bathroom! Highly recommend for this part of Minneapolis.

Nami’s place is close to plenty of grocery stores by foot or bus, the bus stop is right around the corner which is very convenient. Safe suburban neighborhood with beautiful scenery, it takes about 20-30min bus ride to uptown. It’s easy to get help since Paul works from home, their dog is super friendly! I also met her family members time from time when they stayed for dinner. It’s pretty spacious in the basement, and they have everything you need stored.The backyard is absolutely divine in the summer!
