Place was great. Host was very responsive and willing to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

Found this little gem when scouting spots to stay the night after attending the PRide Stonewall Reception. Marilyn's place was convenient and priced well, so I could enjoy the night and not have to drive or Uber back to Tampa. Saving it for future use when staying in St Pete. The Blend Coffee, next door, is one of my local favorites, so that worked out super conveniently. Would certainly recommend staying.

Ayaiza was an awesome host. Responded quickly and accommodated our request for early check in. The place was spotlessly clean, the whole apartment smell great. Equipped with coffee and tea, she even stocked the fridge with cold water bottles at no charge. She went above and beyond and provided quarters for laundry and laundry detergent. The closet was fully stocked with bath towels, linens, extra blankets and pillows. This is THE BEST Airbnb experience that we have ever received. 100% recommending this place. Super close to St. Petersburg downtown but without the loud and crowded atmosphere, very peaceful and relaxing. Perfect get away for 2.

Our air BnB got canceled when we were literally at the airport flying to Tampa for a holiday weekend. Danielle and Sam took us at the absolute last minute and were wonderful and accommodating. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this spot. We actually had plans already set in a different part of FL that we drove to but we should have changed plans and hung out in Saint Petersburg. What a beautiful town! I am excited to come back and explore more. I would absolutely stay here again.
