Great place in a superb location. Very comfortable with great views and easy walking distance into centre of Cowes.

We stayed here (myself and 4 friends) for a few days during Cowes week and it could not have been more perfect. Location was great and we couldn’t have asked for any more - hopefully Viki will take us back next year as we would love to return xx

The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Brilliant 4 night stay at Crossroads. It felt like a home from home - with everything we could ask for and more. Communication was great, and the house was even nicer than the photos. The little touches like food essentials were really appreciated after a long journey too. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Everything about Lynn’s cottage was perfect. Not only were the rooms beautifully decorated and furnished but the garden offered such a pretty retreat, surrounded by plants and foliage. We had a fantastic time there each evening and felt no need to eat out as the kitchen was superbly stocked. To arrive and find a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and breakfast supplies as well was a wonderful bonus. We would change absolutely nothing about either the house or the location as both were fabulous!

Spend the Easter Weekend with my parents and little kids. Had an amazing time and was worth the money. There is loads to do around the area and great beaches. The host was responsive and was always ready to help. Would definitely recommend

Really nice house, same as photos. Really comfy beddings just feel like home. Got nice back garden where is so good to chill. We had a group of 8 and we loved staying here, spacious. Very well equipped kitchen. All in all, worth the price.

We had a fabulous long weekend with friends at Jo’s house. The location was perfect, 2 minutes into Cowes centre. The lounge on the top floor worked really well with the lovely views over the sea. Good sized bedrooms and comfy beds. We had an excellent lunch at Coast in Cowes. It was also good to have an allocated car parking space right in the centre. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting the IOW with a larger group.

We stayed here because we had a sailing crew to house for a sailing event and the property offered flexible accommodation within a short walk for the marina.

Clean & tidy property, we just used as a brief stop whilst working locally so literally in and out to sleep so we didn't use the kitchen/garden etc. But the house was comfortable, fully equipped and very spacious. Quiet area. Stewart gave us some very detailed info on the parking situation which was a little confusing but this helped a lot. Access was very straightforward.

We were 7 adults and this was a fabulous place for a group to get together which felt even more spacious than the photos made it seem. The whole house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of loo roll! The beach is a short walk away and a perfect spot for a swim. We would definitely book again.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

This is a lovely townhouse, with a fully equipped kitchen & nice outside seating area, plus 3 good sized bedrooms. A perfect location for a stay in Cowes, within easy walking distance of the main high street & harbour areas. Would definitely choose it again.

The presentation of this property is simply immaculate. Pastries and fresh flowers (and plenty more) greet you on your arrival. The attention to detail in the decor is next level. You will want Rachel to come around and do the interior decorating at your own home after seeing this. There are more sitting rooms than you will possibly be able to use. There is actually not much point to reviewing this place: all you need to know is that if you are going to Chichester and surrounds, do yourself a favour and stay here if you possibly can.

Beth and Rich were so very helpful and we had really good communication throughout our stay. The property is just perfect, and we loved sitting out in the garden on the hot days. The house is lovely and clean and peaceful and comfortable. We would love to stay again! Thank you 🙂

We had a great time in Laura's house. Although we were in town for work it was a lovely house to return to and unwind in. Very well situated house with lots of space.
