The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). The flat was very clean and a great place to be for working and relaxing. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend and stay again!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

A great host and wonderful home. Our second stay with Gary as its perfect for our needs when visiting family. Thank you as always for being a great host, responsive and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed our stay at Roger's flat. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the local area. It's within walking distance of the train station, Gunwharf Quay, Historic Dockyard and the beach area. Roger and Sue were extremely helpful and responsive. Thank you!

If you want a top quality place to stay in Portsmouth and Southsea then you want to stay here. It is in a great location to the common, Albert Road and Gunwharf is a nice walk away too. Justin provides clear instructions for the property and the surrounding area. I will definitely have this as my go to when I am back in Portsmouth.

My wife and I had to leave the air bnb we were originally staying in as it was horrible, which meant we were looking for somewhere late at night at the very last minute. Amy responded to my panicked message immediately and got us into this apartment really smoothly, putting us at ease. The apartment was lovely, secluded, clean, spacious. Everything we had wanted for our stay by the sea. We are so grateful for Amy turning what had started out as a nightmare into a perfect weekend away. Thank you

Excellent accommodation in superb location for the beach and local amenities, walkable to a number of restaurants and shops. Beach was great for walking.

Great location to get to lots of various locations, we visited New Forest, Southampton, Portsmouth and walked down to the shingle beach, which was only a ten minute walk! Lovely and clean place, small but not tiny, just enough room for two adults and two small dogs. Everything was a thoughtful touch, from kitchen wear to comfort. Would definitely stay again if I was ever visiting the same area. Jackie was super helpful and very friendly, which is always a bonus. The surrounding area is residential and also partly industrial but noise level was low, which we appreciated. Plenty of space to park your car and close to the train station.

We had a lovely few days at Boutique Beach. The beach was easily accessible in a nice quiet area. Drifters Beach Bar did amazing breakfasts!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the main village and Allison was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to see if everything was okay. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely love to come back!

We have stayed on the island many times but this was our first time staying in Ryde and in this apartment. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we wanted. The shower is fantastic - powerful and really hot. The beds are really comfy too. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The extra touches such as the welcome basket and kids duvet cover were really appreciated. Also very handy to have beach towels provided as well as various beach toys and accessories for use. The apartment is in a great location and we all enjoyed having the beach at the end of the road! It is ideally located for exploring the island by car or by public transport, with the bus and train station a 10 minute walk away. There are lovely views out of the big lounge windows and we enjoyed watching the ships passing. We had no trouble with parking and were able to find a spot on the road outside the apartment every day. Communication from Clare was great. We definitely hope to return.

This is our third stay at Lauralee House and it is a great place to stay in a very central location. The flat has everything you need. The bathroom is full of the aroma of all the wonderful body washes. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with essentials and all you need to cook a full meal. The beds are super comfy and we enjoy lying out on the sofa in the evening to watch cable or Netflix, with such a great choice of channels. Thanks for another great stay.

Our only negative was the warm duvet in the 4' 6" bed on the hottest midsummer night for years! Otherwise, this is a great location walkably near wonderful West Wittering beach, very clean and comfortable, peaceful, secure, quiet, Sky TV, plenty of utensils etc, lovely shower - plenty of hot water, good WiFi and Internet (as far as we used it anyway), off street parking. Strongly recommend it.

The property is absolutely immaculate. It is more spacious than the photos suggest. The beach is literally at the end of the drive. Such a convenient spot. And the beds!! Well, if you don’t sleep well here then you won’t sleep well anywhere. Great place. Great host. Great time.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

This air bnb is an amazing. I 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay here. First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully furnished with everything you could need. We stayed with two small children and it was very easy with enough space for the adults to relax in the evening. The location is peaceful with breathtaking views. On top of this it was spotless I could not fault anything. Our host Simon was incredibly helpful, quick to reply and always happy to help.

The place was just like in the photos, great attention to details and very clean. We felt very comfortable. There are clear instructions for self check-in and the bonus is that Matt is really involved and caring about his guests.
