The house is excellent. Great location, walking distance to Ryde High Street with a vast variety of coffee shops, restaurants and pubs right on your doorstep. The place has private parking, which in Ryde is rare, walking distance to the water, and simply an enjoyable place to stay - I highly recommend it.

A great location with an easy walk into Cowes. We loved the view from the sitting room window out to sea and watching the boats and ferries coming and going. The house was just as pictured and described with easy communication from the hosts. Thank you

Brilliant 4 night stay at Crossroads. It felt like a home from home - with everything we could ask for and more. Communication was great, and the house was even nicer than the photos. The little touches like food essentials were really appreciated after a long journey too. Will definitely return.

Great place to stay for us, family of 4 including 2 late teens. All the tech bits ticked and 2 bathrooms. Lovely cosy little home, and extremely well planned accommodation meant everything we needed and more was available. We were on foot and used buses/ walked to see the sights around the island and found public transport surprisingly good and reliable. We would stay here again!

Amazing weather added to our early May break during which we did lots of activities around the island. There is plenty to do for families and couples and this location means you can ditch the car and walk to lots of them. Plenty of room for families to spread out in this property and although the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook there are enough restaurants to eat breakfast and dinner out every day without getting bored.

Excellent location minutes from city centre, with four bedrooms all in great condition - a nice garden with bbq and large kitchen space. My family felt right at home very quickly Any questions I had were immediately answered! Recommended!

Really easy to find, great parking and in the centre of Midhurst. The property is like home from home with lovely art work on the walls throughout and delightful ornaments. The back garden was like being in the country. Alexandra’s recommendations were excellent and helpful regarding local restaurants. Whilst, as four “senior golfing gents”, we don’t use the kitchen or many of the facilities in the property we can confirm that this home is supplied with everything needed. We go away every year using Airbnb for our trips and I can say that Alexandra’s property is the best we’ve stayed in.

What a beautiful house! We booked Lynn’s house for a much needed girls weekend away and it was perfect. It’s conveniently close to Goodwood, a short walk into town and a short drive to the Witterings. Most used phrase over the weekend … “I love this house”. This is a home away from home; not only is the decor dreamy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, bedrooms are lovely, beds and pillows extremely comfortable and the whole house was immaculate. We would absolutely love to stay again!! Thank you Lynn x

We were staying for a family wedding in Cowes and the location could not have been better - it is a short walk from the Redjet Fery Terminal. The property is very spacious and has everything you need, including games, books, lovely sunny garden with a bbq. It is well presented and feels like home! Would definitely look to stay here again next time we visit.

We were 7 adults and this was a fabulous place for a group to get together which felt even more spacious than the photos made it seem. The whole house was spotlessly clean, beds were comfy and there was plenty of loo roll! The beach is a short walk away and a perfect spot for a swim. We would definitely book again.

Stayed with frail grandparents and our two little children (aged 4 and 2). Kids felt very at home, view was lovely. Beach was less than 3 mins walk. Discovered the harbour which was a short walk around the beach on the final day! wish we had discovered it sooner. Very comfortable and cosy. Easy to use everything there. Want to come back! looking at availability for next year.

The home is in a great location, gorgeous and exactly as it looks in the pictures, if not better - it’s decorated beautifully and was absolutely spotless. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and was highly communicative and responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

Centrally located, so close to all amenities and restaurants. A town house with 2 lovely double, ensuite bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen-diner. Immaculate and tastefully furnished throughout. This pace is loved by its owner You will not find better.

Excellent location for an event at local sailing club (15 min walk or 5min on scooter) Venue was exactly at described and we all thought it was homely, well presented, extremely clean with modern appliances, nice relaxing garden area and some nice touches. We encountered no problems during our stay but clear instructions were available should we have needed it. Overall we agreed it was great value for the money we paid (party of 6 over 3 nights) and would definitely use again.

This is a lovely townhouse, with a fully equipped kitchen & nice outside seating area, plus 3 good sized bedrooms. A perfect location for a stay in Cowes, within easy walking distance of the main high street & harbour areas. Would definitely choose it again.

It was a lovely stay at Beth's BNB.. it was very carefully and thoughtfully arranged, my baby's high chair, food essentials, extra bed for the 7 year old! the place was very well equipped and spotless! Was conveniently located near a floating bridge that connects to the main ferry station within 5 minutes!..which was excellent!!! Overall would love to recommend this stay to any family looking to enjoy the Isle of wight!

A great location, easily walkable to Southsea Common, hovercraft and Gunwharf Quays. This property is unusual in this area in that it has dedicated parking spaces outside the house. My friends and I loved the layout set over several floors. Every room was spotless and the amenities were as described. We used the outside seating in the private courtyard a lot and the little personal touches, including a birthday card, were appreciated. Any questions were answered by Nicola very quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Rebecca, is a great host who was more than helpful and kind , her house is gorgeously decorated, plenty of room for a large group and immaculately clean. Rebecca provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is well situated for shops and restaurants, I would definitely recommend.

Brilliant home away from home. Lots of nice touches, well equipped kitchen, makes a huge difference when there’s basics in the kitchen cupboards like tea, coffee and sugar and much more than that. Nice sheets and towels, lots of games in the cupboard. Tastefully decorated. Would come back again!
