Holiday rentals with a patio in Southsea

What a fantastic find, so close to the sea, pub locally for food and a fish and chip van too. The accommodation was spotless and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We had a wonderful few days thanks and hope we’ll be back again soon.

Monika and family were great hosts. The apartment was perfectly placed to explore all the lovely places to eat and visit in Portsmouth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had all you could need to be comfortable. Monika and her family made the whole process very easy, they were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again :)

Home from home. Spotless, comfortable, everything we needed. Great touches like tea and coffee, condiments, the basic you need in a kitchen. Incredibly good communication throughout. We will book again when we come to the same event next year.

Ceri and Laura were truly fantastic hosts. They were super responsive. It is not usual to have hosts replying within 20 minutes but they really went above and beyond. Would stay with them again on the Island if we get another chance to come back.

The traffic of Chris' apartment is very convenient. 80 meters away is the bus of Line 2 of First Company. Fratton Railway Station is 500 meters away. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Portsmouth Harbour and Outlet. Chris's energy management system is very convenient to use, and guests can choose the temperature of the room, which is conducive to saving energy. In addition, Chris' response is friendly and fast to the needs of customers!

Perfect place if you re looking for some peace and relaxed environment. Ideal for a family of 4. This cozy and detached property is just a mile drive to the Hayling Island beach/Funland with lot of rides for kids and just a 10 mins walk to Tesco express if needed for groceries. The hosts Simon and Carolyn are very nice. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay again. Highly recommended! Miss this place..

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

really lovely and historic place to stay

We had an amazing stay at Tracy& Dave’s. The annexe was spotless. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cosy place to stay. The location was ideal. It made visiting the Island convenient and will definitely return. Tracy& Dave went beyond to ensue we had everything we needed. It was an added bonus that our two little dogs were welcome and the added touch of blankets , towels and bowls were provided for them. There was a field close by to walk the dogs which was great. Such a Thoughtful touch. It was great to sit out in the garden and enjoy a relaxing drink in the evenings. Would definitely recommend the annexe for any looking to unwind or to explore the island.

The flat was very clean and had everything we needed to make our 4 week last-minute stay nice and easy. Lukman was very helpful and communicative to anything we needed (not that we needed anything!). We had a lovely 3 night stay at David’s apartment. The whole place was beautifully presented and very clean. Whilst being attached to the back of the house, the apartment feels completely separate and tucked away with no noise but perfectly located right off of Union Street. We enjoyed spending time at the pub only a 20 second walk away as well as exploring the town and using Ryde as a base to travel other parts of the island. We didn’t have a car but the buses and trains made it easy to get around. Highly recommend for a short getaway, we were welcomed with milk in the fridge and some sweet treats. Thanks again to David and Marion, fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating!

this house is in a great location, directly opposite to the pier with a co-op round the corner. the kitchen is well equipped, bathroom with good water pressure and the garden gets full sun all afternoon and evening. we didn't have problems with parking but also we didnt really move the car once we parked it as its close to everything and we didnt feel we needed to go anywhere else.

Our 2nd time staying at one of Dans properties and we will definitely be back again. Seamless from start to end, the apartment was immaculate and had such a homely feel to the place. Perfectly located for transport link, covenience stores, takeaways and close to Gunwharf Quays shopping complex. Clear check in instructions and very wasy to find. Thanks again Dan! Fionas place was a wonderful find. Perfect for a couple, roomy and in a perfect location. On street, unrestricted parking. Will certainly be back.

John and Lynn were wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome straight away. The flat was even more than we expected: spacious, clean, walking distance to high street and the beach. We had the best time and recommend staying here to anyone who wants to visit Ryde.

A lovely stay and perfect weather, accommodation as described and very quiet, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and felt like home. Great for myself and Basil my dog being a short walk to the beach and shops. A couple of little hiccups with internet and TV but were sorted quickly by Emma, thank you. Thoughtful welcome package. Would be happy to stay again.
