Monthly Rentals in Southmont

I rented this home for my daughter's 16th birthday and we really had a wonderful time! The house is very nice and the lake with the kayaks and the paddle board were fantastic! My daughters also loved the swings and the hammocks. We did have an issue out of the owners control and they responded within minutes and were willing to do whatever they could to help. We would definitely love to go back at another time!

Another great stay at Jill’s cozy cottage! Well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Would recommend if you are visiting the Salisbury area.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it did not disappoint! Check-in was easy, the place was spotless, and we felt right at home. Dawn and Jim were very sweet, responsive, and helpful when it came to anything we needed. This hit the perfect price point for us, and there was lots to do! The garden and lake views are absolutely beautiful. We spent the weekend surrounded by nature and wildlife and wish we didn't have to leave so soon! We have this location saved; definitely a rare find and very peaceful ✌️ Thank you guys💜💜💜

Place was exactly as expected, great accommodations for family and our dog. We brought our own boat and docked at the house which was extremely convenient. The neighbors were very friendly and offered assistance to anything we may need and host was quick to respond and accommodate. We will definitely be back!
