Holiday rentals with a sauna in South Italy

Logement très bien équipé et conforme aux photos. L’accès est simple par les transports en communs (bus et tramways à 30 m). Cristina a été très sympathique avant et tout au long du séjour.

Vittorio’s apartment in Chiaia is a true gem – a calm retreat from the usual hustle and bustle of Naples. The neighborhood is elegant and beautiful, with great shops, charming cafés and plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The apartment itself has everything that makes a great Airbnb: – Perfect location – Very comfortable mattress – Two fully functional bathrooms (great water pressure, proper ventilation) – Excellent blackout options – the room gets dark if you want it to – Absolute silence at night – you don’t hear a thing from the neighbors or the city – Washing machine available – Plenty of space to settle in, including a large wardrobe and even an iron – Quiet and well-kept building with elevator – Air conditioning Vittorio was a thoughtful host – he had stocked the fridge with water and provided more than enough coffee capsules for the espresso machine. This was my favorite stay in Naples so far, and I’ll definitely try to book this apartment again on my next stay.

Ana was fantastic, very proactive & helpful and provided really useful advice. The delicious cake made by her mother was a lovely surprise, as was the glass of local liquer from her dad. The boat trip she organised with Ivan was a highlight of the week - we would recommend to anyone wanting to see some local islands plus option for snorkeling, sea caves and jumping from rocks (which our son loved). Lovely local meal at Portun, Kogo was also good. Visited srerebo & mlini plaza/beach - we walked in 30 mins and got uber back. Dubrovnik is beautiful, both during day and evening. Ubers are quick & easy, approx €13. The swimming pool was a good size, and nice & warm. The outdoor kitchen area was a great space, with hob and bbq oven plus big outdoor refrigerator. Outdoor pool table was also well used. The air conditioning was very effective (esp with temperatures in the 30s) We would definitely recommend this lovely apartment and would love to return in the future.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

My wife and I traveled with our 10 month old to Rome for a week. The location of the apartment couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to every attraction and never repeated a restaurant since so many are in the immediate area. The metro station is at most a five minute walk and will take you to any location you are trying to see if you don’t want to make the walk. I have already recommended this apartment to two friends who will be traveling to Rome later this year. Agnes was super responsive and supplied a pack and play for our Son. This was a great experience and I will stay here again if we travel back to Rome.

Our apartment was lovely and the balcony with the view was a beautiful place to just unwind. The furniture was very comfortable to just relax. The hosts, Sebastian and Angela were exceptional in their communication and responses, very proactive and friendly. They offered some incredible recommendations for food and other queries we had which were very helpful and we took most of their recommendations which really made things easy for us. The apartment is merely a 7-minute drive to Budva old town. Highly recommend!

Todella siisti huoneisto lähellä Lapadin kävelykatua. Hyvä uima-allas, mieletön jacuzzi ja yllätykseksemme majoituksen käytettävissä oli myös grillihuone, jossa paistoimme pizzaa Barbaran avustuksella. Barbara oli todella ystävällinen ja vastasi viesteihin välittömästi. Ihana lomakohde!

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Close to the other cities, for day trips, and very easy to drive around in. We enjoyed walking around the beautiful city and having more of a peaceful few days away from the hustle and bustle of big cities like Rome and Naples. It was very safe and quiet. We also enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful hot tub. The host was very kind and even made dinner reservations for us. I would definitely recommend her showing you around the apartment and how to use the hot tub and shower as it can be difficult to understand. The apartment was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely book here again if we come back.

Maria was a kind and generous host. The apartment was perfect for a week stay. Plenty of space, comfortable furniture and all the important amenities - even an iron! 😀 And just around the corner is a newly opened wine bar for an evening apéritif run by two young locals. Wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Aussicht von Terrasse und Balkon auf das Meer und den Pool war atemberaubend – wirklich ein Highlight. Morinj ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Kindern: Es gibt einen Stadtstrand mit Liegen für 5 €, aber auch einen ruhigeren Luxusstrand mit Bar und komfortableren Liegen für 20 €. Zwei schöne Cafés sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar – besonders zu empfehlen ist das Café direkt am Wasser: leckeres Essen, toller Kaffee und eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Alles, was man braucht, ist vor Ort: ein Supermarkt, ein kleiner Kiosk und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung. Am Strand kann man Kajaks, SUPs oder Boote mieten – ideal für kleine Abenteuer auf dem Wasser. Das Essen war überall frisch und lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können den Aufenthalt absolut empfehlen!

Galdino was very flexible with our check in and he met us when we arrived from the airport. He was very informative and explained everything to us. A great place to stay near the Naples port area. Very comfortable accommodations and a beautiful property.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

Staying at this place in Positano was truly unforgettable. The view is absolutely breathtaking like a postcard come to life. Every morning felt like waking up in a dream. What made the experience even more special was the host’s incredible hospitality. So kind, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive to every detail. You can tell they truly care about creating a magical experience for their guests. I’ll definitely be coming back to this beautiful place it stole my heart. Grazie mille for everything!

Ich hatte einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren wirklich rund um die Uhr erreichbar, extrem höflich, hilfsbereit und einfach herzlich. Man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Taormina’da ki bu konaklama deneyimim kelimenin tam anlamıyla muhteşemdi. Ev, şehrin tam kalbinde, her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve bulunduğu sokak bile başlı başına bir Sicilya masalıydı. Temizlik, konfor ve estetik detaylar açısından ev mükemmeldi ama asıl farkı yaratan kişi kesinlikle ev sahibi Nico oldu. Nico yalnızca bir ev sahibi değil, adeta Taormina’nın gizli elçisi gibiydi. Yerel tavsiyeleri, restoran önerileri, tarihi noktalar hakkında verdiği bilgilerle seyahatimi unutulmaz kıldı. Her soruma içtenlikle yardımcı oldu ve kendimi evimde hissetmemi sağladı. Böylesine ilgili, zarif ve yardımsever bir ev sahibiyle karşılaşmak gerçekten çok nadirdir. Bu deneyim, Sicilya’ya dair tüm beklentilerimin ötesindeydi. We had an excellent stay in Dario’s lovely apartment. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi and view of Etna is stunning! The rest of the apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable - the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Dario was a very responsive and helpful host and Riposto is well located for visiting the East coast of Sicily.

Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

Le cadre est magnifique et l'environnement très calme. Nous remercions notre hôte Francesco pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. Merci à lui, de nous avoir organiser un délicieux diner d'anniversaire à domicile avec la chef Angelica. Nous avons vraiment apprécier ce moment, ainsi que les attentions à notre arrivée. We had an unforgettable stay at Villa Panorama in Praiano, Italy. Perfectly suited for our family of 10—including parents, adult children, and friends—the villa offered everything we could have asked for in a vacation home. The outdoor space truly stood out. With breathtaking panoramic views and a pool that became our favorite hangout spot, the villa was ideal for our large group to relax and create lasting memories. The convenience of having a market and restaurant right downstairs was such a unique perk; it felt like having our own hotel lobby and in-house dining. Additionally, the grocery store being just a 5-minute walk away made everything so easy. Praiano itself was a perfectly charming and quiet escape. Unlike the bustling town of Positano, which was only 15 minutes away, Praiano felt peaceful yet still connected. The friendly locals added a warmth to our stay, and with an abundance of excellent cafes and restaurants within a 5–10 minute walk, we were spoiled for choice when it
