Loft holiday rentals in South Italy

staying at Vilims apartment was amazing! beautifully presented, homemade drink, Vilim was an exceptional host. we had delays on route and he was reassuring and flexible. Flat is a short walk to the no 6 bus (and 2 mins from supermarket), straight into Dubrovnik. Amazing views of the harbour, kids loved seeing all the boats go by. couldn't fault the place, Thank you Vilim for being so helpful :)

We had a fantastic time at the concrete apartment. Location was perfect as a base to explore this crazy and brilliant city. We arrived just as Napoli kicked off their final game of the season and won Serie A and the party atmosphere was out of this world. Incredible pizzas, great street food, mad mopeds and beautiful architecture what more could you want. The apartment itself was perfect for us, we slept well and especially appreciated the breakfast items Enrico left for us which made the mornings much easier. Would definitely recommend this place.

Piero is very friendly and takes time to explain things and give tips about what to see and what to do in the surroundings. Very clean and well kept appartement, but most of all amazing view from the terrace.

Congratulations to Matteo for the taste with which he furnished the apartment; moreover, nothing is missing. Equipped with every comfort. Matteo's communications were timely. You can reach the station and the city center with a pleasant walk. I'll be back.

By far the best Airbnb stay I've ever had! Josipa and her father were kind enough to transfer us to and from the Hvar town to the apartment (apartment is on a steep hill with steps). Josipa was really friendly and shared us some of her favourite restaurants and things to do on the island. The apartment was beyond incredible, the rooms were perfectly air conditioned and she provided lots of useful amenities including beach towels, slippers and a washing machine. The view was beautiful, you can see the Pakleni islands very clearly and Vis in the background. The hot tub was easy to use and fantastic in the evening. There were also plenty of furniture including sunbeds. The location was brilliant, it was only a 15 minute walk to a nearby public beach and was fairly easy to walk up and down to town in the evening, although be cautious during midday as there isn't much shade. There is also a supermarket about 15 mins away a few streets down. Great for couples or up to four people!

We spent three nights at Fabio’s place and it was perfect. It is located right in the heart of Napoli’s old historical centre, walking distance to loads of cafes and restaurants and not far from the ferry to the islands. The flat is cosy but has everything you need to have a great stay. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Stay in Sorrento – Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Sorrento. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk from the town centre, which made it easy to explore the shops, restaurants, and marina without needing transport. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One of the highlights was how well-stocked it was with breakfast essentials. There was plenty of food provided, including coffee, pastries, and other items that made mornings really convenient and enjoyable—such a thoughtful touch! The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth throughout our stay. Overall, this was a great base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, well-located, and welcoming place in Sorrento.

The place was beautiful and extremely clean. It was just perfect! Massimo was so kind to help us out when our arrival plans went all topsy-turvy. I loved that there was a lockbox, perfect for our arrival. Gated, personal parking space... AMAZING! At night we walked to rhe bridge to see the main attraction Lama Monachile. Beautiful site 24hrs. I travel the world for work and spend at least a 1/3 or better of my life away from home. My time with family is important, especially on vacations. I’ve seen good and bad but this experience was outstanding!! I give Fede and Ric 5 stars only because I can’t give them 6 or 7. So do yourself a favor and book their place now if it’s available for your Rome vacation. They are locals and they are passionate about their family, friends, and their city. Their apartment is perfect for 4 people. It’s an oasis in the timeless city of Rome for your next trip here. Fede is a master communicator and organizer. Ric is right there with her. Every detail was covered. They went above and beyond for my family and far exceeded our expectations. They provided very solid advice when we had questions regarding tours, places to eat, and things to do while in Rome. Of the AirBNB’s we have stayed at through the years, they are #1. Don’t risk ruining your Rome vacation by staying somewhere else.

A great place to stay!

This “palace” in Korcula is truly worth the expense. It is literally in the middle of the old town, located in a silent street, in a very old building with a courtyard. Everything is nearby and hosts help you carry the luggage in the few minutes walk from the ferry. We were greeted with home-made grappa and limoncello. The house is very large, both bedrooms, looking identical, are large and comfortable. All the information, from taxis to guidebooks, are available. If we went there again, no doubt we would stay in the same place.

This family-run place is such a gem! Maja is such a wonderful host and the place is newly renovated. We spent nearly all of our time on the gorgeous balcony or in the sea right out front of the house. The walk to town is about 20 minutes and just ten minutes to the grocery store.

We loved this apartment! It was perfect size for two adults and included all the necessary amenities. It had a nice terrace to enjoy with good weather. The location is perfect, just a very short walk to the Spanish Steps and down the hill from Villa Borghese. If you like to shop, there are plenty of stores nearby, from luxury & designer brands to everyday offerings. There are plenty of quality restaurants as well. Erida was very responsive to our questions and provided lots of recommendations.

We went to this airbnb for 4 days and it was better than we expected. It was really in a good central area and everything was reachable in walking distance. The apartment was really nice and a really comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this airbnb again when i stay in rome.

Andrea, and her family are amazing hosts! I travel a lot, and I can honestly say without hesitating that they are indeed among the best! Although I was late giving notice of my late arrival, she managed to organize her dad to welcome me, and during my stay they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable! Classic italian breakfast already waiting for me in the house, which is just lovely! Highly recommended, if I'll be in a need of accommodation in the area, I will definitely return!

The room, surrounding area, and Annie were all great. My only issue was being so far from the center of rome as i am a study abroad student, but that was a personal issue. Great place to stay if you don’t mind that. Annie was very helpful. Gave directions, recommendations, and was flexible with check in and check out. Great overall stay.

We had a delightful four week stay with Alfonso. The apartment was on the second floor of a building just off Via Roma and a short walk to the Quattro Conti, the bustling heart of Palermo. The unit had everything we needed in a compact package. Communication was outstanding from our initial booking through our checkout. Alfonso even offered to provide a guided tour of key sites within the wider Palermo area. Overall, it was a great experience.

The view is really beautiful over the picturesque mountain landscape. The loft is very spacious, in the middle of the old town, cozy, well equipped with a large balcony facing the sunset. There is a small shop in the village to buy groceries. Within a 30 km radius, there are many hiking opportunities, with gorges, waterfalls, etc.

Liliana was very nice and approachable and gave us a number of useful tips. The apartment is small but perfect for two people and for a short stay, super central and in a very quiet setting, close not only to the various places of interest but also to excellent restaurants.
