Waterfront holiday rentals in South Italy

A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

We had an incredible time staying at Andrea’s place. He was super helpful in meeting us and helping us bring luggage up to the apartment. The view was beyond beautiful and he went out of his way to make sure he showed us everything in the kitchen and all the amenities we could use. His family was very friendly and we loved the terrace. Being able to do laundry was a huge bonus. The location couldn’t have been better; we were right in the middle of the square and the apartment overlooks the port of Amalfi. Very easy for ferry access and getting something to eat. Would definitely recommend!!

Fefé was absolutely amazing! She was the best host you can ask for, communication was so on point. She gave me the best recommendations for all the places. Her place was spotless. Super super safe and secure as well! Very minimal steps to get to her place. My only call out would be it can get a little loud at night as her place is right above the port and a bar but Fefé has you covered with complimentary ear plugs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Nice place right in the old town

Wow, absolutely love Daniela‘s place and the Panoramic Vista of the port, Costello and center of Aci Costello‘s Village is amazing from the huge well equipped Terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed for our stay and more! It’s worth the accent of stairs for a prize view from the terrace. We have found that the best gorgeous penthouse views in Italy and Sicily have stairs and with every effort! Enamored by and loved proximity of restaurants pastry shops, coffee bars, below in the village ! Eden bar pastry shop Gelateria amazing also restaurant PortoNuevo so adjacent. So many great places in the bustling quaint village. Just a 26 minute car trip to Catania to enjoy Local favorites Da Nittos seafood restaurant, Bar Quaranta pastry Gelateria the best local seafood and pastry shop in Catania plus Bar Europa. Taormina and Etna are very close as well for fun filled day trips. Daniela is a standout host and we thoroughly enjoyed our days in this Aci Costello penthouse !

Giovanni was a fantastic host. He accommodated our needs for checkin. The view from the rooms was beautiful and even more beautiful from the outside terrace and rooftop deck it was walkable to so many great restaurants and all that we wanted to see in Palermo. He gave great recommendations and was very responsive if we had questions. The air conditioning worked great and the basket of goodies and water were such a welcome treat to get us started so that we didn’t have to get things after our long flight. Hope we will be back!

That view is amazing, and you’re really close to everything in old town which is brilliant. AC unit is great in the living room and you can just leave the bedroom door open, would definitely recommend! Lena was really communicative and responsive, and the place was amazing. Thanks again ☺️

A lovely little private gem on coast of Italy. Monica was responsive and greeted us personally when we arrived. Gave us lots of local recommendations and also provided some breakfast food. Very kind host and lovely clean and spacious place. Thank you!

The view is a 15/10 and Irena was a great hostess! She was very proactive and took great care of me when I got sick. She made an extra trip with linens and had plenty of suggestions on where to get additional supplies. Even before I felt up for leaving the apartment, the view was healing in and of itself! Irena was also immediately helpful (at 10:30 at night!) in getting on the phone with the internet provider to reset the WiFi after a brief power outage that affected the entire bay. She got us up and running in just a few minutes! So grateful we stayed here!

A 5-star experience! Renato’s house is beautiful, perfectly located and he is kind and the communication is seamless. We highly recommend it and would definitely come back! Unforgettable!

Excellent. A very special house for nature lovers, secluded in a private bay. You can only hear the birds and the sea. Sunset included. Very nice host. He even caught us fresh fish and prepared it deliciously. Unforgettable stay.

We were two adults in Nikolina's house for seven days. The house is small, but absolutely beautiful and authentic. With a beautiful view of the bay. The house is not as shielded from view as we thought, because there are two houses on each side and a jetty quite close to Nikolina's house and jetty, and there is a path from the neighboring houses that goes right next to the outdoor shower. But if you're looking for a quiet place, this is perfect. Clean and nice. And a small outbuilding with a washing machine. When we ran out of coffee capsules for the coffee machine, Nikolina sent coffee with the ferry.

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the space was lovely. Hard to beat the private pool!

The most incredible home we have ever stayed at, it felt like a dream. Mario, was a fantastic host, the house was beautifully decorated, the view was stunning, the location was 10/10. We will never forget our stay at Casa lleana, and hope to come back again!

A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

Francesco’s apartment was in a fantastic location in Bari, and very close to the old town and its array of great restaurants and cafes. The roof terrace is a big wow factor and we spent much of our time there with the beautiful sea view and the addition of sun loungers was a huge bonus. Francesco was very responsive on all communication with ourselves and very kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning departure to airport. The apartment was spotless and had had all we needed and we even had a bed/linen/towel change mid-week. Bari itself is located well to visit Matera and Alberbello and we loved the Italian hospitality and will certainly return to this delightful destination. Thanks again Francesco. Alison and Dave. I enjoyed a great stay at Federico's apartment which is located right in the historic center of Cefalu, just a few steps from the beach, the cathedral, shops and restaurants! It was a great experience to stay in one of those old houses in the narrow streets of the historic center and still enjoy all the amenities of a modern, newly refurbished apartment. The place was very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The bedroom is located in the back of the apartment and hence was very quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the little balcony overlooking the narrow street of historic Cefalu. Federico is an extremely nice host, very responsive and helpful! He provided great recommendations for restaurants, and for wonderful Kalura beach at the edge of Cefalu! Thank you for a truly memorable stay in Cefalu and I hope to come back sometime soon! I highly recommend this place!

Great location with stunning outlook. Gio very helpfully introduced us to a local taxi driver who collected us from port and provided help through the week. Will miss sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.
