Earth house holiday rentals in South Italy

My family and I stayed at Andrea’s house for four nights. This is one of those hidden gems that makes you truly happy when you find it. Located in a beautiful, quiet little fishing village, the house sits right by the stunning, clear sea. The peace, the view, waking up every morning with a cappuccino at the local coffee spot, the lady from the supermarket, the wedding couples getting photographed at the harbor every day, the evening beer at the same coffee place, the fish market where you can get fresh fish daily — it’s all pure joy. I’d love to come back for a week of doing absolutely nothing and just enjoying it all. The house is a lovely and cozy place. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen could use a little extra love (cleaning), but that is easily outweighed by the authentic and pure feeling you get in beautiful Pozzillo. Thank you, Andrea, for your hospitality!

Lovely Villa, beautiful outdoor space with pool and sun terrace. Lovely access to the sea via Beach with padel board and kayak. Very nice spot.

The apartment is beautiful, the neighborhood quiet, parking easy and Castellana is ideal for staying, not far from the very touristy towns of the surroundings.

wonderful accommodation for those who want to have the experience of sleeping in a historic home.... furnished in every detail, clean and very equipped. The owner is always available and attentive to us. A few minutes from some of the most beautiful places in the area.

Fabrizio was the most attentive host. He picked us up from the port with a big smiley face and made our arrival in Ponza super exciting! The villa is built into a cave and its surroundings are astonishing. We had a really peaceful and relaxing break. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop which takes you to other parts of the island. All of the locals are so friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure to enjoy the villa dei sogni for almost two weeks. Like our first visit, it was again just breathtaking. The house, the pool and especially the view, absolutely amazing! See you next time, villa dei sogni!

Wonderful apartment! It's frankly better than the pictures! Ideal for a couple and a child. The apartment is perfectly equipped, and the small "garden" invites to laze, read (or aperitivo;-) ) during hot hours. The island is splendid and the little center is charming. If we are ever lucky enough to return to Favignana, for sure, we will return to this place!

Lovely place, spacious and well designed. Beautiful terrace. The only downside for some could be a considerable climb up the hill, which we didn’t mind that much. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Mare’s charming townhome in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quaint, quiet corner but just steps from all the historic sites, restaurants, and vibrant local life. The home itself was cozy, clean, and full of character—perfect for soaking in the atmosphere of this beautiful city. Mare was a truly exceptional host—attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, including arranging for porter service, which is a must-avail service. You can tell she really cares about making sure her guests have a great experience. I’d absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thanks again, Mare!

Cosy apartment with real fire

We highly recommend this unique and peaceful home. Matera is beautiful but crowded, and when we visited, quite hot. What a joy to come back after a long day to the cool quiet of Tiziana’s little stone home. Tiziana was very easy to communicate with, and check-in and check-out, performed by Tiziana’s kind and helpful parents, was pleasant, personal, and informative. Groceries nearby and restaurants and shops plentiful but be prepared to walk stairs. That’s part of the fun and uniqueness of Matera. Thank you for a marvelous stay Tiziana and family!

5 stars - Beautiful Trullo and great host. We had a fantastic time in Trullo Dorado. It is a beautiful Trullo tastefully decorated and homely inside with very pretty gardens and a lovely pool. Vito and Guiliano were amazing, very welcoming and helped to book a surprise wine tasting for my parents 30th wedding anniversary which was a highlight of our trip. They also offer different experiences such as a piazza night where you can make your own pizza which I highly recommend! The location is great for trips into Alberobello(5 mins by car) and travelling further afield around Puglia’s many beautiful towns. A perfect holiday for the 3 of us and hope to return soon. We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful villa for ma family trip in Roma. Quiet garden very pleasant for kids, with lots of lemon trees, very pleasant decorations. A taste of Dolce Vita close to Roma

First of all, I would like to thank Oscar for his warm welcome. It is a place of amazing beauty and full of peace. The rooms, the colours, the overall atmosphere, the authenticity - everything made my heart happy. Oscar lives nearby, but we felt like we were the only residents. In fact, it is the pictures that do not convey the true beauty of the villa. You will definitely be satisfied and happy if you choose to stay here. I rarely write reviews about places I visit. Marin and his family were the kindest, most wonderful hosts you could ever ask for. I wish I could have given them 10 stars. My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at their amazing rental. The location is close to many great attractions.. only 10 to 15min from plenty of excellent locations including old town, Cavcat, Mlini and walking distance to a gorgeous beach. There was an delicious restaurant called King only minutes away. The area was very safe and felt magical. The airbnb itself was breath taking and felt like home right away surrounded by flowers, orange trees and swallows darting around putting on an awesome show. My wife Ryli and I absolutely loved everything and will be recommending it too anyone interested in a unique and relaxing experience. Views of Adriatic Sea right from the patio. Marin and his family were extremely helpful and had excellent recommendations for the area. Can't describe just how much we loved it and how soon we would like to return. 20 out of 10 💖
