Holiday rentals with a patio in South-East Melbourne

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin's place! the host was very responsive and the space was really clean. Overall, the stay was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Great little flat in Windsor/St Kilda area, with a tram stop right outside and another a few minutes walk away, to get into the city. Owner was very kind and responsive, made the stay easier and stress free. Would stay again if in Melbourne again!

We were visiting family in the area. We will come back again to make use of the fabulous kitchen, we stayed 5 nights, next time it will be longer. The unit has been tastefully renovated throughout. Much better inside than we expected, such a contrast to the exterior. Our family visited and loved it. Such a quiet area and close to Frankston and seaford. Densil and Meron.

We had a great stay. The bed was super comfortable. It had a smart TV, really soft bath towels and I really loved the little powerful hair dryer. We also love staying at places that have a washer so we can pack lighter. It also has the extra bits and pieces like washing liquid, salt and pepper and toiletries if you needed them. We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! Nice, clean, quiet condo close to the waterfront. There is only one set of keys, which is something to consider if you are traveling with people that may want to come and go on different schedules.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

I booked the place for a holiday with my parents and kids. The place was so homely and kids friendly! There were many games and toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen had everything we needed. The ambiance was like a beautiful and welcoming family home that all of us very much enjoyed. Thank you Fran for the delightful stay!

Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

From the moment you walk through the door of Julies Airbnb it was welcoming and cosy. The view from the balcony was great to wake up to and the location was central enough to be within walking distance to all the great cafes and shops. Highly recommended, Julie is a great host.
