I had a great stay at this property. There is a gate that I appreciated for added security! Getting in was easy and the instructions were clear. Rooms were small but free of clutter and very clean. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. The kitchen area was fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, and silverware. They also had a small laundry area that had detergent pods which came in so handy as we were in and out of the pool so washing was a must! The pool/patio area was very neat and organized and we loved it so much! Pool was spacious and deeper in the middle and at night had beautiful lights. They have a mini fridge that fit all of our drinks perfectly. We used the grill and it was small but worked great. There was Walmart and Publix nearby for essential needs and was easy to get around. Area was quiet. I definitely recommend.

Stay was perfect. Had issues with Tesla charger and she had someone on site within an hour fixing and troubleshooting the issue, fixing it and going above and beyond with any help, questions, concerns etc. I stayed with my family and although the pool is not gated the house itself had perfect child lock on the back door to prevent any accidents etc. kids loved the PS5 and arcade machine. Pool is warm and perfect to cool off, grill and entertainment like pool table, ping pong table etc kept everyone entertained.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very nice and comfortable …we truly felt like we were at home. The private backyard and pool area were beautiful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Nissim was a very kind and helpful host who made everything easy. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

This Airbnb was perfect for a large group! There was a nice open living space for everyone to hangout and that extended to the beautiful backyard. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked multiple meals and had a BBQ with no problem. The host was easy to communicate with. The only downside is the location has some highway noise but it didn't bother the group.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

We had a wonderful family staycation in this house. Hosts Nicholas and Chelsea have created a vacation paradise. A very comfortable home and with so much to do, a gorgeous pool and patio, a mini golf course, bikes, games... no one wanted to leave the house. A chef's kitchen, comfy beds. Very clean. Their attention to detail and attentiveness during our stay were appreciated. They provide instructional videos for how things work in the house which was very helpful. We traveled with a baby and they offered many necessary items. It's in a fun, walkable neighborhood close to a nice park and a few fun places to eat. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the house tremendously. The pool was an absolute hit with the kids. There were lots of towels and pool toys. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Shopping is nearby. Location was excellent for a graduation at Watsco Centre, University of Miami.

The space was great, loved the outdoor area and the hosts were quick to communicate with us as far as check-in and any other questions. Close to a lot of good food options and easy to get rides anywhere in the Miami area.

The location and peaceful outdoor vibes was wonderful. We opted to spend time outside at the airbnb over going to a beach club. The area felt safe and the doors/windows felt secure. It was so easy to lock the front door when leaving. I also really enjoyed how spaced out the rooms were, so we all had our own private space. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but we did find all of the utensils we needed to serve our ordered food. If you like taking photos for social media, their airbnb is perfect for photos.

My family and I stayed at this wonderful house for several days to celebrate my wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, the house impressed us: it was impeccably clean and in excellent condition. You can tell it's a new property, and the spaces are spacious and comfortable, perfect for enjoying family time. Mariana, the host, was amazing. She was always attentive to our needs and ready to help with anything we required. Her kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. We just arrived home in the uk from a fantastic 2 week stay at Jordans home. We really wanted to do something different to our usual holidays in Europe and looked to Miami as a destination that could offer great weather as well as a beach/city holiday rolled in to one. After a lot of searching on AirBnb it was this property that fulfilled our needs and at a price we were happy with even though it was located just out of Miami. The house was spot on and the location turned out to be the perfect base for everything we wanted to do. Just north we were able to enjoy the Hard Rock hotel & casino, fort lauderdale, out 1st experience at a shooting range, a few of jordans recommended restaurants, and being big football fans enjoyed a great night watching Inter miami. We also enjoyed visiting Miami regularly, particularly the memorial weekend we were lucky enough to enjoy on Miami beach. Jordan was a professional host and responded well. We have had a truly unforgettable holiday 5*

Excellent option to stay in Miami, we loved the house and it is very well located, there are 3 very comfortable rooms, the main room that has access from the kitchen has its own bathroom and the other two share another, Edgar is always attentive and responds very quickly to any questions. The house is very clean and we loved the decoration. Without a doubt, when we return to Miami we will stay there again.

absolutely love the location of this house despite it being close to the highway it was a little bit of a surprise how close it was to the highway, but it didn’t bother me overall since I was close to everything I wanted to do literally all my favorite spots were less than 12 minutes awayvery clean house very clean, hot tub very comfortable bed plenty of towels definitely not a kitchen. I would have a huge chef’s dinner in with the supplies they had but I don’t cook so I don’t care.

OMG, this place was incredible! We hosted a bachelorette party here, and it was such beautiful space, we could not have asked for a better experience! It has everything you may not even think of that you may need and plenty of extras too! The place was clean, spacious, perfect for pictures, and private as well! 100% recommend booking here if you are hosting something or even if just wanting a great space that is within 10 min drive of Wynwood and most attractions we went to. There was an issue with one of the showers at one point and the hosts were extremely responsive and came to fix this immediately, so no complaints at all for that!

Marja and Camilo are excellent people, very loving. I wanted to celebrate my mother's birthday who is sick with cancer and they were so loving and cooperative, they helped me a lot to make that day special for her. The property is a beautiful property minutes from delicious restaurants and the famous Wynwood. It is an unmatched property every detail of the house and amenities, the decoration is beautiful, a patio with a pool and many spaces to share and relax to the fullest, the bathrooms are very nice and have everything and more than you could need, everything with impeccable cleanliness and organization, the kitchen equipped with everything, which makes you feel in your own kitchen, the rooms are very nice, everything modern, mattresses and pillows very comfortable. There is not a single thing I cannot recommend about the property and that accompanied by Marja and Camilo. Thank you for everything. See you soon.😘

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

Airbnb was exactly as listed. Daniel was very responsive. Check-in instructions were clear. The pool was clean as well as the tennis court. The rooms were spacious and all the bathrooms were clean with adequate linen/necessities.
