Pet-friendly holiday rentals in South Beach, Miami Beach

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Randy’s place was just as described! Randy was helpful from the start of the trip and accommodated all of our needs for a single nights stay prior to cruising. Randy was also prompt in communicating a minor situation upon departure.

This is literally the best place you can stay at. For sure was impressed, spotless clean. You can tell it was cleaned as soon as you walk in, host went above and beyond expectations! They left plenty of towels to get us through our stay, everything we needed!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

Great place clean and close to everywhere! Lisa is always responsive and if something happen or you need something, she is is just a text away! They just need to renew patio part and furniture! But it is all okay and never down our mood during our vacation!

Spacious & beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Felt like being home from the very first day. Very comfy beds. Best communication with owners and rental manager.

This was an amazing place the views were unbelievable and the place was very clean. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a very clean place with such an amazing view.

I absolutely loved everything about this property. It was right on the beach and the views were incredibly amazing! It came with everything we needed and everything www nearby and convenient. Check in was easy and instructions were prompt. I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a peaceful getaway. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

Absolutely loved this place was perfect for me and my GF. You get that city view and local to some really good restaurants.

Wow’! The view was phenomenal, room was clean! And loved the powerful warm water from the shower. The bath tub was also big and deep. The location was everything, me and my boyfriend enjoyed walking around Brickell to find cute cafes! My favorite was Sagrado . We will def be back! Thank you for having us!

Amanda was an amazing host. She was super responsive and accommodating. She allowed us late check out and immediately provided whatever amenities were missing. The apt is right behind lincoln road mall so everything that you need is just a walk away. We loved our stay and were very satisfied.

Lilly was great and the staff was so helpful! I came for ABFF and the location was perfect and close to all the events. I was worried at first that it was attached to a restaurant but honestly my stay was super peaceful and having the resturant was conveninet when I wanted to grab a quick bite before leaving. Plus the beach being right across the street was great. Definitely making this my go to spot for when I come back!

Considering the hotel’s best days are well in the past, the room was nice. Better than booking a room through the hotel with all the same amentities, especially price wise. Will be staying here again when I come back.

John’s place is exactly as advertised. Location, location, location!! We’ve been to Miami several times but this is the first time we stayed on south beach. The location is perfect! John was friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations. We will definitely stay here again.

Location is ultimate , right on the beach. It is quiet but close to many restaurants. Also great that’s is private entrance on the beach . Everything was clean . I was alone so perfect for single

The apartment was flawless - easily one of the best vacation stays our family has ever had. And James was the perfect host, helpful and responsive, but not intrusive. On a personal note, it was great to return to Miami Beach after many years away. I’ve seen the beach from the “bad old days”, when demolition was imminent, to the rise of the Art Deco restoration project, to the current very lively scene. This is not a museum: the architecture is very much alive and well, and Ocean Drive is where beach life and nightlife thrive - and James’ apartment is in the heart of it. The apartment is not noisy - in fact, it’s quite a bit quieter than I would have expected - but neither is it unnaturally isolated from its surroundings. And just a block or two off Ocean Drive are quieter dining alternatives for anyone who might prefer them. In short, I can’t think of a better location to call home on Miami Beach - and I may very well revisit it the next time I’m in the area for a conference.
