Beachfront holiday rentals in South Beach, Miami Beach

We are so thankful to have been able to book this property last minute. Dan was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean and looked just like the pictures. The ocean view was gorgeous. The on location check in process is through the residence desk and they were very helpful. The location is superb - away from the noise of Ocean drive but close enough to walk.

This place is very clean. Host was very responsive and helpful for any questions of my needs. Beautiful location and the pictures match 1000%. Thanks again Joe and Cindy. Next time I’m In the area will be staying here again.

This place is great. 27th floor great views, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Around 1000 Sq feet of living space. It was my wife and 4 year old and we had plenty of space. Look forward to staying again the hotel gym, pools, beach and vibe is first class.

From the moment we checked in it was a great experience. The building was clean and felt secure with consistent security on premise and added security with wristband access to go to correct floor. The beach service was great as well. All of the employees were fantastic. The unit was spotless and the views were breath taking. I would stay again in this unit again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay. Clean and close to everything. Good for short stay with a small family with little to no cooking because of the size of the kitchen. Only thing missing for me was a hot water kettle. Alex is a great responsive host. Excellent location, with a parking spot. it was worth the cost.

My husband and I came for a short trip and location was great! Lots of shops for food and necessities. His communication was great, I needed a blow dryer and request was fulfilled! Which was crucial for a traveling model ;) I highly recommend. The condo is smaller but I didn’t hear a peep from neighbors! Very private and the pool after laying beachside was on point! The amount I paid was well worth it :)

Great place and host

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

Thinking back on our weekend in Miami Beach & it was just…amazing! The apartment is absolutely gorgeous, clean & well decorated. The views are stunning! The staff is helpful & kind. I would stay here again in a minute!

Everything was great just wish there was an extra bathroom

We loved staying here! Having a full kitchen was perfect. The host was very responsive and nice. The daybed outside was super comfy and relaxing for morning coffee or evening wine. Bed was also so comfortable, slept so well we woke up early naturally which was great so I could get down to the pool early :-) The property amenities and pools are THE best. Love staying on the residence side. They even had a welcome bottle of wine in the apt. I appreciated that I didn’t feel like other Airbnb’s - you pay a cleaning fee plus a pretty price for where you are staying. Of course we made sure sink was clean, dishwasher loaded, etc. but I don’t want to deal with taking out the trash and a whole clean up checklist when I want to relax on my last vacation day. A few “opportunities” 1. Need Salt and pepper 2. Better & more coffee pods 3. The cleaners needed to pay better attn to the bathroom floor but the host had someone take care of it ASAP We will definitely stay again!

Responsive, clean, comfortable!

Amazing experience in Miami Beach. My favorite part was spending time on the balcony at night. It was lovely being on the corner spot so we can get all the views. Valet service was very helpful to have. We did have some issues figuring out where it was located since it’s a bit hidden in the back next to some storefronts. Our door was also a bit hard to close securely so be wary of that. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the beach close by. Would definitely come again.

We would definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the street and everything is walking distance. It’s in the perfect spot, and at night you are not able to hear all the noise outside either which was very nice. In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience!

This was the most helpful host I ever encountered. We had some internet issues, we were taken seriously Immediately, and they stayed to verify the service worked . Outstanding hosts. Very nice place .

We Loved Roy’s Place. Our favorite spot after the day at the beach was sitting at the window and watching Ocean Blvd and the Ocean. We called it the Birds Nest!! With AC!!! It was very nice having the concierge service 24 hours a day. It was so convenient to every where. The Condo was clean and well kept. We will not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at Mark’s unit for four days and three nights. We found the unit as advertised. The unit is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and beach umbrella which we used daily. The location is fantastic. The beach is steps away. The check-in and out process took seconds. We didn’t rent a car and explored by foot and ordered Uber for longer trips. Mark is a very responsive host and sent us all the information we needed ahead of our arrival and answered all our questions in detail. Overall, we had a fabulous time. Highly recommended.

The unit was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The location could not be more ideal. They provided towels for the beach, a cooler, and some chairs (however the chairs are not in great condition) but it was very nice to have these things to avoid the costs of renting on the beach. The apartment offers a parking spot (for a small car) which was ideal. The kitchen was perfect for breakfasts but you have everything right outside the building. The building is old and while we were there the elevator and the garage door both needed repair but both were repaired within the hour. The place was ideal for a weekend in Miami Beach, we hope to comeback.
