We had a fantastic stay at Dmitrii’s place! The home was spacious and perfect for a group of friends — the rooms were a great size, and the overall layout made it super comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were especially comfortable, which made coming back after a long day out even better. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool as we were constantly on the go exploring the city, but it looked very inviting — hopefully next time! As a first-time Airbnb user, I had quite a few questions, and Dmitrii was incredibly patient and quick to respond every time. His timely and helpful communication really put me at ease and made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area — would definitely stay here again!

It was a great find for our little family reunion (a group of 8 including 4 kids. The beach is within a very short 5min drive. The neighborhood is quiet, there’s a shopping center within a 1min drive with lots of dining options, grocery story, etc. We had an issue with the grill, and Evgeniy was very proactive and came to fix it the next day.

My active-duty military family is in the process of relocating, and we had the pleasure of spending a few nights at Katrina’s place. It was the perfect home away from home for my husband, our two kids, and me. The space was peaceful, exactly as described, and easy to find. We really appreciated Katrina’s flexibility in allowing us to check in early and check out a bit later (with the appropriate fee, of course). I honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. As a travel advisor, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay. Thank you again, Katrina!

The host accommodated my family so well. She included complimentary coffee waters, bedroom shoes and more. She made sure the house was fully stocked as well. The host’s directions were very clear. This home made our trip so enjoyable! The home was exactly as pictured. Would absolutely stay again!

We had a wonderful time at Leo’s place! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp, super clean, and had beautiful foliage all around! We so appreciate being able to bring our dogs and LOVED taking them on walks through the awesome neighborhood, so safe, beautiful, and walkable! The house is so lovely with lots of windows, comfy beds, and the best screened in porch! We spent HOURS enjoying the porch! It was a terrific stay and can’t wait to return!

We love this house in the middle of the island, the lush green neighborhood makes it really relaxing, and the house itself is cozy and super functional. The fully equipped kitchen and heated and beautifully lighted pool is our favorite. Mid April in Miami is already very warm, but the heated pool makes it even more pleasant to jump in even during night time and windy days. We would definitely come back!

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

Staying in this house was wonderful. I was vacationing with my family and didn’t find a single downside. The pool, lounge area, and billiards table were amazing. The host was very responsive — whenever we had a question, we got a reply almost instantly. We will definitely come back to this clean and comfortable home on our next vacation.

Eduardo was super communicative the entire stay. He handled some minor hiccups upon check-in right away to make sure we felt special during our stay. The house was spacous and the backdoor area was lovely. The house was a short drive from everything we needed to get to (the beach, downtown, etc.). Wonderful space for a bachelorette party!

The place was beautiful nice and clean. Only 15 mins from ft Lauderdale airport the home had everything you could think of that home needs definitely would book here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joanne's home. The huge front yard was great and we spent a ton of time playing games in the yard and relaxing in the pool. The 5 full bathrooms was definitely a big plus for a group of 9 guys. Would 100% recommend booking this home!

Our family of four plus my in-laws stayed here while in Miami for our daughter’s graduation from the U. It was in a convenient location and served our needs perfectly. It was clean and well maintained. Perfect for families who are looking to avoid a protracted hotel stay and prefer more home-like amenities.

Was great for our large group celebrating a bachelorette! Appreciated the ability to drop our bags off early. Layout of 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was great for getting ready (will note one of the bedrooms is a studio sep from the house). Only thing missing is more outlets in the bedrooms but we made it work. Living room was well sized with very comfy couch. Neighborhood felt very safe. Easy to Uber everywhere we wanted to go. Casey was helpful and sent more paper products quickly when we ran out. House itself was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. House overall was great for our needs and enjoyed our stay

This was a great place with a great location. Very convenient to the stores, only about 15-20 mins drive to the beach, and the pool was kept clean.

I had an absolutely impeccable stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. Amazing stay! The place was comfortable, and well-located. What really stood out was how responsive the host was. Vickie replied quickly to every message and handled a small request within minutes. Highly recommend!

Felt right at home. The property has something for everyone! Private little guesthouse in back, fun walking around the lush backyard, and a nice pool and gazebo. Thankful I was able to book Brigada's accommodation while it was available.

Great family home! Wish the weather was better to enjoy the pool amenity but that was the least of the welcoming feeling that we enjoyed at this home
