You will benefit from the bike path (Vélodyssée) that borders the village to get around. Conveniently located next to Paludot Pond, you will enjoy the calm of the Landes forest.

Pleasant charming cottage completely renovated 40m2 quietly located at the end of a garden. Great place to stay for a small family. All you have to do is put your bags down in this tastefully renovated, air-conditioned place. The maisonette is 200 meters from the center of Bénesse Maremne. All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket... A cycle path connects Bénesse Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to crisscross the area.

The open plan kitchen living room has South facing glass sliding doors, making the room very light and airy. The house was built with nothing but beautiful pine forest behind it. You can walk to the, surf spots, beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

An equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 2WC and a large terrace. Hossegor and Capbreton are 15min drive and 40min by bike through the many bike paths. Biarritz 45min drive, Bayonne 34min, La Rhune 1h30 and Spain 1h.
