Patricia is a very attentive and very responsive person. She cares about the well-being of her tenants and was very friendly and empathetic when unfortunately for her she was the victim of very inconsiderate tenants who preceded our visit and left her home in a pitiful state. Thank you for understanding and responsiveness, We hope we can enjoy your accommodation in other circumstances.

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

Very nice stay Accommodation a little difficult to find on the 1st day because I was loaded with luggage, I did not take the time to consult the map that Malcolm had sent me 😂 but very nice!

The best place for your perfect surfing holiday! Dreamy, stylish decorated, well equipped beach house facing the dune 🤩. Perfect sandbars to choose from just over the dune. Superfriendly, flexibel host. I couldn’t recommanded it more. Great job 👌😱🥰

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

Excellent stay, the accommodation is very located inside the estate, it ensures calm and serenity. It is perfectly equipped and is very pleasant. A big thank you to Maryline and Xavier for their responsiveness and kindness in preparing for our arrival and to Frédéric for our departure. We would not hesitate to go back!

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the design of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, the tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

We had a very pleasant weekend at Baptiste's, the accommodation is very well located near the Lake, the place is very quiet. It takes little time to get to the village by bike... And the rate was very affordable during this off-season period.

We had a great stay (a little too short) at Christine and Marc's. Well located cottage, close to the city center of Soustons... and the lake. Very quiet environment, ideal for resting for a few days. Modern, clean and well-appointed accommodation, with an independent kitchen. Covered terrace much appreciated. Warm welcome. Christine and Marc were available and attentive. We had a very pleasant exchange! We'll be happy to go back!

I did not meet Eric and I regret it, but I am particularly satisfied with the exchanges we had. Eric is very responsive, eager to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. He responds very quickly to requests. He regularly makes sure that everything is going well for his guests. Eric deserves the status of super host and I will gladly recommend him to friends looking for a vacation place in Vieux Boucau.

Bernard is very friendly and humorous. The location is absolutely quiet, we like to sleep with the window open - you can only hear the sound of the sea.
