You will benefit from the bike path (Vélodyssée) that borders the village to get around. Conveniently located next to Paludot Pond, you will enjoy the calm of the Landes forest.

All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket... A cycle path connects Bénesse Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to crisscross the area.

The 25m² adjoining cottage has been renovated in a marine spirit and opens directly from the terrace to the pine forest!
