Monthly Rentals in Sorano

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

We had only one day and night for our stay at Sorano, clearly far too short! The appartement was more than top, TOP-TOP, extremely welcoming, super-clean and cosy, fridge, wonderful bathroom, confortable bed, with much light coming in from window and door and also a little garden to breakfast outside. Silvia and PierPaolo were the TOPPEST hosts we ever had the pleasure to meet!! Their tips for the astonishing sites to visit were again: TOP-TOP, so I should invent something negative otherwise the reader would think I'm exaggerating :-)) No, I'm NOT..!!!!

We stayed in Clara’s apartment for a month. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views out the bedroom windows are picturesque, the sound of the birds singing, the waterfall below and the church bells ringing. Very very relaxing. The village of Sorano is beautiful, all folks we met and got to know made us feel like part of the community. Our favorite restaurant was Fidalma. Out of all the places we visited in the month from Rome up to Florence, it was by far the best food and service. The cafe just up from Fidalma was our morning coffee and afternoon place for Aperitivo . Sorano is a very special place. We will miss the village and Clara’s house. Thank you for a lovely visit.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! Tucked away in a beautiful small Italian hill town, the views from the windows and terrace were breathtaking. Luisa was a fantastic host - We got stranded in another town close by and Luisa offered to come and pick us up, saving us a very sizeable walk after a long day! She had also made an apple pie for us and provided recommendations for walks and getting food in the local area. A very memorable experience!
