We had a wonderful multi-week stay at Perry Perch. It is a beautiful unit with a sun-filled living room/kitchen area that we particularly loved. The location is perfect — close to State Street and the beach. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful New unit! Needed wash cloths in bathroom and dish towels in kitchen but still everything was Nicely done! Easy walking to food and beach!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We visited SB for our wedding and chose to stay here for the weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. The place looked exactly like the photos and was so nicely decorated we were getting ideas for our own house lol! The bed was a little firm for my liking but I know there’s lots of people who prefer that. Everything else was perfect! The location is amazing, super close to state street without all the noise at night. The complimentary rose was also such a nice touch! If we ever come back to SB we will definitely be staying here again!

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Our stay at the East Beach Getaway was delightful. The apartment was super clean, had everything we needed, and communication with Sean was great. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

The loft is exactly as described and surrounded by so many charming places to eat, shop, and relax. Paul has created an efficient and lovely loft. Oliver is super responsive, and all the instructions were very clear. It's near the freeway, so you can pop over to Santa Barbara or Carpinteria in 10 minutes. There is a bit of freeway noise, so earplugs might be helpful for light sleepers. But at night, it's a mix of ocean waves and light freeway hum, so it served as white noise for me to sleep really well on the comfy bed. A great location with great hosts!

I absolutely love staying at this location. It is perfect place to stay, it’s near everything and the view is priceless.

I always stay here for the annual Ojai Music Festival. Great place close to Libbey Bowl. Clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. Eva is very responsive to questions. Recommended!

Santa’s 2nd floor apt was well equipped and very comfortable for the two of us. It was convenient to downtown Montecito and Santa Barbara. Check in was seamless and Santa was quick to respond. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and living area were of good size. We would rent again next time we’re in the Santa Barbara area.

Ali and Steph's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious for us two. Loved the ability to use a level 2 charger for my EV. Perfect location to visit Hearst Castle and Sensorio. Great recommendations for food and activities nearby. Would definitely stay again when visiting Hearst Castle in the future.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.
