This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at Pk’s charming studio apartment. From a practical standpoint the king bed and linens were very comfy, the water pressure is excellent and the internet speed was too but the highlights were the amazing view, the private, quiet space to relax and unwind, and the kindness Pk and her husband showed us. Look no further, when you’re visiting the SY Valley, this is your spot!

Angie‘s place was very clean, small and uncluttered, and a great location for walking all around Solvang. Great fire pit in the courtyard, which they were very happy to light for us and was lovely on a cool evening. We always love having breakfast at Brekkie’s.

The place is perfect for one person or a couple. For a small area, they utilize the space well and have anticipated the needs of the guests. They provided filtered water, which was a nice bonus and I appreciated the A/C. Even though the unit is connected to their home, it felt totally separate and private. I would definitely stay again. The hosts are quick to respond and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have mobility limitations and use a walker. Abigail saw me struggling and came out to assist me with my luggage and made it so much easier for me. When it was time to check out, they messaged and offered to help me get everything to my car. It was such a blessing since I was traveling alone. For others who may have mobility concerns - there is a step up to the pathway from the street, a bit of an incline to the gate to get to the sliding door. There is a step up into the unit and also a step up into the shower which is a decent size and has grab bars.
