Monthly Rentals in Solana

Great place for my family to stay while on vacation in Florida. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home. It was a nice place to relax after going to the beaches or theme parks. It also met our budget without having to lower our standards or worry about where we were staying.

Chris is a wonderful, responsive host who seems to really care about the experience that his guests have. The place has plenty of linens- towels, sheets, etc. The kitchen has plenty of glasses, silverware, etc. The park where the home is located is very well kept. The people are nice, polite, and friendly. There were plenty of activities offered- bingo, music, a pancake breakfast, a poker run, food trucks, and more. The location is convenient to Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, and Fort Meyers.

Beautifully decorated cottage! Well appointed in every way. I had everything I needed for a week long stay/work remotely. Bed and shower are amazing! The location is perfect for exploring PG or PC and the hosts were very responsive! Highly recommend!

In one word. "PERFECT". The cottage is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. Deanne and Nancy clearly put a lot of thought into what they would want and need in a cottage rental. Free of clutter the cottage was beautifully appointed while also being cozy. A fleece throw was rolled up in a basket for the chilly nights or mornings which I was grateful for. I absolutely loved that Deanne and Nancy had a "kick off" tray (for lack of a better term) providing coffee and snacks for your first evening/ morning until you make it to the grocery. The area felt safe and was well lit. I drove most of the time and the location was easy to get in and out, as well as being walkable. I can see why Deanne and Nancy's cottages are booked so far ahead and I highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Dont' change a thing.
