I cannot recommend Sally’s AirBnB highly enough. The location is superb, so peaceful with views out to the harbour from the private garden and the private parking was a god send. The house is spacious and has everything you need and Portree is a great base for exploring Skye and the Highlands and Islands. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was worth every penny! Sally is a great host, easy to get a hold of and sorts things out quickly.

Absolutely stunning location, the views were amazing. Great host with excellent communication. The cottage was so warm and welcoming. It had everything you needed. Really comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. The Isle of Skye was so beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it. Would recommend staying at Granny Mary’s 100%.

I really loved this rental. It was peaceful, and had spectacular views of Portree and the surrounding landscape. Lovely, quiet, clean, and scenic views from every window and skylight. I actually really appreciated too that all windows and skylights had darkening shades. Very important since it was bright out well into the night and early in the morning.

Taigh Na Croit is one of the best AirBnB stays we have had. The house is comfortable and has great amenities with exceptional views to the mountains, pastures and flowing brook, definitely has you going 'wow' when seeing the view from the lounge for the first time. Whilst 30 minutes from Portree, the house is close to some of Isle of Skye's natural attractions and hikes e.g Old Man of Storr. We have no hesitation to recommend.

Evelyn has been an amazing host and helped us a lot with our wedding adventure. The sauna was perfect to warm up in after a day outside and the bed extremely comfortable. We would return ❤️

Perfect base for our week in Skye. Worth the longer drive to feel truly away from it all. Stunning views meant we were content on the sofa when the weather wasn’t conducive to being out. Highly recommend.

Beautiful house with stunning surroundings. Easy to walk everywhere. To the brewery, ti rhe local shop and pub and to the boat tha cross to Skye. I have felt at home. Murdoch was very communicative and wanted to make sure we have all the amenities we needed. I cannot fault our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property on the Isle of Skye. The property is not only visually appealing but also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is simply amazing. Nestled on the Isle of Skye, we had easy access to breathtaking landscapes, local attractions, and charming restaurants, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the unique beauty of the area. Property was clean. Hostess provided detailed information prior to our arrival that helped us check in. One of the bathrooms featured a bath instead of a shower. I would definitely visit again.

Wir waren vier Tage bei Kathryn, und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Kathryn hat uns gar schon etwas in den Kühlschrank gestellt, das hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Kommunikation lief bestens, Kathryn war super hilfsbereit. Es waren tolle Tage in den Highlands.

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben gut in den Betten geschlafen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist wirklich toll. Vor allem geprägt durch eine unglaubliche Ruhe. Direkt vom Haus weg kann man schöne Wanderungen starten in absolut ruhiger und naturbelassener Gegend. Danke!

We loved this place! Such a great set up and beautifully presented! Location was superb and made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Check in instructions were easy to understand, which made check it a seamless process. Parking was also easy to find on the street. Would highly recommend this gorgeous property if you are visiting Skye!

Lovely peaceful setting out in the country, reminded me of home. Mairi and Harry were easy to get along with and helpful on what to see and do. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful, clean and peaceful little piece of paradise to stay in Isobel has thought of everything

Wir wurden von Janet sehr herzlich begrüßt. Sie zeigte uns die Wohnung und hatte und auf Ausflugsziele hingewiesen. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Über das frisch von ihr gebackene, sehr lecker Brot, Marmelade, Milch und Schokolade haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Leider waren wir nur drei Nächte dort. Ich hätte stundenlang aus dem Fenster schauen und das Wetter beobachten können. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder mieten.

Everything about our stay in the boys dormitory was superb. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in such a unique accommodation especially with all of the access to the abbeys modern facilities was a huge bonus. Me and my wife couldn’t get enough of the lake views from our sitting room.

A really nice cottage in an absolutely stunning location. Easy to find and get into the property from the instructions sent through by Robert and Lin. Inside they'd left a list of local places to eat and other useful information about the local area. The rooms were all clean with towels and bedding provided and the kitchen had everything needed for any length of stay. About 5 minutes drive from Lochcarron where you can get food and fuel. Had a great stay and would highly recommend this accommodation and the hosts.

Woning alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Keuken volledig uitgerust mbt servies en apparatuur. Alles schoon en opgeruimd. Goede bedden, wel maar 1.40 breed zoals vaak in Schotland. Andere kamer 2 eenpersoons bedden. Accommodatie zit ongeveer 20 min buiten Gairloch en wel echt achteraf. Mooi uitzicht op het water

A perfect home! We stayed for 4 nights and were delighted! Things we loved: -a truly perfect location. Easy to walk to Portree but none of the stress of parking there! -loved the bed!! So comfy and the bedroom stayed the right temperature the whole trip. -the on-demand shower was great! -the whole property was amazing!! The gardens are stunning and even walking down to the street was so enjoyable! If we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we’ll definitely be staying here!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida casa, nuova, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La location è splendida i dintorni pure. Mary Flora è stata un'host molto gentile e simpatica che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Siamo stati tre giorni ma ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanerci ancora. Grazie Mary Flora.

Fijn appartement en fijne hosts. Reageerde snel en alles zag er netjes uit. Supermarkt, restaurants en tankstation dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader om de Isle of Skye te gaan ontdekken

One of the most, (if not the most), beautifully located places we’ve ever stayed. The house was spotless and well-equipped with amenities. Rosie was a brilliant host and quick to respond whenever we needed anything. I'm so glad we decided here rather than staying in the town, which we were at first considering. Can't recommend this place enough!

The pictures do not do justice to this stunning place. Rosanna was helpful with her suggestions for nearby resturants, shopping and basically everything under the sun! Trust her directions and all her suggestions! The property was fully furnished and stocked and beautiful. I stayed up late watching the sun set over the ben nevis. The sky windows are amazing. Cannot recommend her property enough!

Ina's place was a great choice for us-close enough to explore the Isle of Sky, Loch Ness, etc. but more affordable to stay off island. We enjoyed the beautiful drive (about 10-15 minutes from the grocery store if I remember right) and lovely valley the house is nestled in (although we really wished we had booked for at least one more night so we could enjoy the local valley in addition to the surrounding area, and Isle of Sky really needs 2 days-we only got through one small loop in 1 day). Ina met us when we arrived and did a quick walk through of the apartment. She asked our plans and provided suggestions for our interest and area we would be going to-which were spot on. We really enjoyed our chat with her. The apartment was clean and very comfortable, a nice cozy place to settle in to when we got back in the evenings.
