Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village Krokås. In Krokås there is its own small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun as well as large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.
