Perfect location by the sea!

Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Wonderful house my in Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

Guest apartment at old Skånegård on Österlen, 1.5 km from Simrishamn. Built in 2013 with an open floor plan, you live on about 50 m2 a staircase up in a separate building on the farm. There is a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and a complete kitchen. Broadband/fiber is available, To the floor is patio furniture in your private part of the garden and a grill. Pets welcome. Not included in the rent: Cleaning, bed sheets and towels. Access at 3pm. The floor is left tidy at 11am, cleaning materials are available.

Lansatorpet is a three-length farm from the 1850s which is beautifully located on a gravel road in the forest on Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the nearest neighbor. The forest is full of rich wildlife, wild raspberries, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry hops. The bird song and the foliage give the place a harmonious feel. You're in the middle of nature!

This place is close to Malmö airport/ Sturup, the nature, the ´Vismarslöv Café & Bagarstuga´, the lakes for swimming and fishing and the countryside life.
