Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

In the middle of Österlen, in the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is located just 300 meters from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a dip in the sea, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather is bad, you can warm up in the Jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be eaten in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Rent Lilla Skolsalen, a studio apartment with about 4 meters in ceiling height where old meets new and modern. The accommodation includes everything you might need during your stay such as a fully-equipped kitchen, a fresh bathroom with shower & toilet and a double bed. Access to several patios including direct exit to the back with private terrace and garden area.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

The slanted ceilings give bygone charm to this bright and beautiful attic apartment of 90 square meters. Three spacious bedrooms and a larger combined living and dining room with a decor that tells about travels in all parts of the world. Small, fully tiled bathroom with shower. Five minutes walk to the city center and ten minutes to the beach life at Tobisvik.

Modern and cozy accommodation in a bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Open-plan with kitchen, dining area and sofa.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen, close to the sea, nature, attractions and in combination with a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors on the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Apartment in wonderful 19th century farm

If you like old houses with preserved details, then welcome to Bergåsa! The large house consists of three apartments. You have your own private entrance and garden. WiFi and Chromecast are available. I live in one barn and my sister in the other. So there may be a little life and movement, but we are kind and simple. A cat may come to visit. Close to Kivik, and the beach (walking distance) about 15 minutes. Stenshuvud National Park, Svabesholm and Kivik Art Center a few kilometers away. Welcome! Nina

Unique accommodation in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Frukt's organic apple orchard. A trailer built throughout in solid eco-materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, stove, shower and toilet. The trailer is completely 'off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbors are Baskemölla eco-village with its varied architecture. 500 m down to Baskemölla harbor for a morning swim from the harbor pier.

Bo på vackra Österlen i Simris Gamla skola. Här får du njuta i Klassrummet. Här hittar ni en unik, elegant stil med färg. Gamla detaljer är bevarade; så som spegeldörrar, trägolv, kamin, takbjälkar och den gamla skoltavlan. Här kan ni avnjuta goda middagar både i köket och på den generösa uteplatsen med utgång direkt från Klassrummet. Här finns något för både gammal och ung då närmaste granne är byns lekplats där två boulebanor ingår. Det är cykelavstånd in till Simrishamn och till stränder.

Animal & Child Friendly Cabin with Fireplace and Hot Tub

Mysig stuga precis utanför Höör där ni får full tillgång till hela stället och där det finns bla. spabad utomhus, kamin, utomhuseldplats, stort trädäck och en rymlig trädgård med en skog precis bakom. Platsen är i en liten stugby nära kvesarumssjön. Runtom stugorna omringas man av skogen och med en 10minuters promenad genom skogen kan man komma ner till en sjö med grill och badplats. OBS. detta är inte ett boende för att ha fest eller spela musik utomhus då det är i en stugby.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.
