You have the town's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, grilling and enjoying in a wonderful environment. The kitchen is fantastic for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and a generous dining area in the sun. The house has a lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's room to enjoy.

Stay in beautiful Österlen in Simris Old School. Here you get to enjoy in the Classroom. Here you will find a unique, stylish style with color. Old details are preserved; such as mirrored doors, hardwood floors, fireplace, beamed ceilings, and the old school board. Here you can enjoy good dinners both in the kitchen and on the generous patio with exit directly from the Classroom. There is something for both old and young as the nearest neighbor is the village playground where two boule courts are included. It is bike and walking distance into Simrishamn.

The square/pedestrian street with restaurants around the corner, the train station 3 minutes away, to the harbor/beach it's a 5 minute walk through the old town. A perfect base for the rest of the Österlen excursions! Only gentle guests are accepted.

Träskhuset is an architect-designed house built in 2023. It is built of cross-glued wood and stands on posts in a swamp with the beech forest as the closest neighbor. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.

Unique living in organic apple orchard near the sea

Stay in a classic Shepherd's hut in the middle of Folk & Fruit's organic apple orchard. A wagon built throughout in solid eco materials. Equipped with double bed, kitchen, fireplace, shower and toilet. The cart is completely `off grid'. Here you can be completely disconnected and experience the feeling of living in the middle of an apple orchard. The nearest neighbours are Baskemölla eco village with its varied architecture. 500m down to Baskemölla harbour for morning swim from the harbour pier.

Luta dig tillbaka - du har koll på allt direkt från den generösa sängen. Vagnen har allt du behöver, med pentry, vattentoa, dusch, och en kamin som gör även vintern mysig här. Naturreservatet är ett stenkast bort, och väl tillbaka - kanske en smakprovning med gårdens cider - Österskens Torra?

The house is located in Baskemölla hills, just above the fishing village, with nightingale, cuckoo and tree frogs right nearby. Whether you come by car, bus or bike, Baskemölla is a perfect starting point for a successful Österlen vacation. Just a short walk to the sea with a swimming area and fantastic hiking trails. Dogs are welcome by arrangement, but not cats (due to allergies). Rented Sunday-Sunday during the summer season.
