Monthly Rentals in Simcoe

Our stay at Claudia and Neil's was just wonderful. The house was well-located, in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 5-minute drive from Port Dover's main attractions. The house was sparkling clean (best we've seen on Airbnb) and tidy, with all the commodities one could want in a house. It felt like a real home and not just a rental. We felt at ease with our little one (1 year old). Finally, Claudia and Neil's communication was great - proactive, caring, useful and detailed. We will definitely come back!

Lana’s cottage is perfect walking distance from the beach and along the walk you can explore all the shops that line the street. The decor was really well done and provided a home away from home feel and the fully stocked kitchen including coffee and spices was convenient for cooking. The host was very helpful offering clear instructions and flexibility for check in and check and was gracious enough to assure us that if we needed anything during our stay she was nearby and happy to help!

This is the country dream! Somewhere you can go to relax and enjoy the truly simple things in life. Michelle’s place is a magical paradise - enjoy the slow mornings by the fire pit with a coffee while watching the horses. Spend the day antique shopping and the evening with the stars. The walking path is such a beautiful space to roam as well. You truly feel like home here.

What a cute, clean, quiet and quaint Airbnb❤️ First time ever booking one…very pleased! Perfect location and spotless! Will rebook when coming that way again! We took in some of the baseball game across the street with the locals..nice area! Thanks once again for your quick responses to messages!
