We stayed for two nights at the Wildhaven yurt with our two springer spaniels and absolutely loved the peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The yurt felt private—nestled near trees and an open prairie—yet was just a short walk to the sauna and showers. As non-campers looking for a comfortable outdoor experience, this was the perfect "glamping" getaway. The yurt had all the right touches: running water in the kitchenette, electricity, a cozy electric heater, and a warm, homey vibe. We especially enjoyed exploring the walking trails on the property in the evenings with our dogs. The hosts were friendly and responsive, and everything about the stay made it easy to unwind and enjoy nature without giving up comfort. We’d absolutely love to come back again!

It was a fun place to stay and perfect location for Grandma’s marathon! Only 15 min from the start line. It was great to be able to have a fire and s’mores after and watch a movie in the theater room! We felt right at home using the kitchen and being able to spread out with so many beds/bedrooms!

Had a great time! Beautiful home. Amazing deck with magnificent views of Lake Superior. Great location, really close to Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls State Parks.
