“We absolutely loved our stay! The loft is carefully designed with a great deal of detail and thought. It felt home-y and comforting. We loved that we had everything we needed there. They even put clean towels out for us! We loved it so much, we even tried to find a date that was open later in the month to come back! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone considering it.”
Penrose house is an original Edwardian home having a private and separate third floor suite. Guest access and entry to the suite is through two high security doors leading to a back stairway used exclusively by guests. Safe off-street parking is available at the rear of the property for guest use only. Our property is located in one of the most sought after streets in the heart of the Central Park area of Superior, Wisconsin. We are centrally located for tourist destinations in the Northland.
“Dawn clearly works hard to maintain a clean, touching space. There's a ton of notes written everywhere about what things are, how to do something, and what is going on. The seemingly endless supply of snacks, coffee, and tea make this place WELL worth what you pay for. Why would anyone bother staying in a hotel these days, really. The space itself is so incredibly cozy and homey. My husband and I loved waking up every morning to have some coffee, scones and jam. It was honestly the perfect start to our day and we loved coming back to a comfy bed at the end of the day. The location of the place is also perfect and convenient to wherever you need to go in Duluth or Superior. This is the second Airbnb I've stayed at in the Duluth/Superior area and it is definitely the best and I won't be looking anywhere else next time we come!”
A good place to sleep while in Duluth area. Fire pit with patio and a variety of seating arrangements. Google Mini for music listening. Located on a dead end street. Vehicle traffic is minimal. Conveniently located next to Duluth with quick access to Highway 2 and Interstate 35. Just minutes from the touristy places like Canal Park, Bayfront Park, Park Point Beach and WI Point Beach. Two off street parking spots for most types of vehicles in front of garage on 30’ x 20’ concrete portion.
“Great little home in Superior Wisconsin. 3 friends and I stayed one night and headed to our friend's cabin the next day. It was near a few local bars that we checked out and also enjoyed. A+ place. Nice TV, google nest speaker was fun to play music on. Beds were comfortable. Easy to get to and simple instructions to check ourselves in. Great value and great little home!”
