Monthly Rentals in Sidford

The place was spotless, which made us feel instantly relaxed. Had all the things we needed and more. Lots of nice additions and really good to have a second bathroom. It was lovely to have the table set when we walked in. The wider caravan park was quiet and had incredible views. There was a really nice walk down to a very quiet bay and I started every day off with a swim in the sea. The site is also located next to the donkey sanctuary which is also really nice.

We booked this lovely house on the edge of Sidmouth as a base for visiting family. It was perfect, lovely and modern with lots of space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We found it convenient for driving into Sidmouth for the shops, restaurants and beach plus accessible for our family further inland. It was very clean and everything in good order, very helpful instructions for using the hob and opening windows etc. lots of child friendly touches - our kids are older so we didn’t need the baby things but the nightlight and books/toys were welcome. I loved the decor and style of the house and the garden. We had a lovely trip and will hopefully stay here again.

Brilliant location, so close to town centre, beachfront, cafes and restaurants. Flat had everything you could need for a great holiday. The description of the flat was spot on and Mirella was excellent at communicating, location instructions and helpful suggestions. Perfect host, thank you.

What a lovely stay we had at this beautiful apartment. Aelita has thought of everything to make it feel like a home from home with added luxury of stylish and modern furnishings. The scones and wine were a nice touch. It was spotlessly clean and spacious, perfect for our 4 night stay. Sidmouth is a lovely 40 minute walk along The Byes. Communication with Aelita was spot on. Would highly recommend and hope to return soon!
