Monthly Rentals in Shoal Creek Township

I've stayed in two of Kim's properties now, and both have been excellent experiences. The listings were exactly as described—clean, quiet, exactly as described, and very easy to access. Communication was fast and friendly, and the pricing was extremely reasonable for the quality offered. Highly recommend!

We we're in Joplin to be vendors at Silver Sage Renaissance Festival. We were pretty tired after long days. The beds were so comfortable that we slept very well & woke up refreshed to face another day. When we had to change plans they were very understanding & accommodating. I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing stay!

Quiet neighborhood with a couple of scenic views close by. An overlook and a waterfalls. We just had enough time to take those in after checkout in the morning. We had been driving all day, so we just let our dog out and went straight to bed and got up early to hit the road again, so we didn’t spend much time there. It was comfortable and I could see spending more time there if I was going to be in the area.

This is our first day in an Airbnb at a great experience overall. Something different from the normal hotel on this trip.
