This was a great place to stay. Very clean and modern. Has a great exclusive feel when inside and on back deck. Some reviews complained of not being very exclusive but besides the front drive in you wouldn’t know you were close to anyone else. Everything was about 10-15 min max away. We had issues with the AC unit but they were good to come by and fix/adjust.

The cabin has a "at home" feeling about it. All of the basic necessities were provided. It is close to stores but feels like you are in the country. The cookies she made upon our arrival were phenomenal! Judy and Ken are friendly and welcoming. This was the best air b&b that we have stayed at! Highly recommend.

We loved our time in Fayetteville (pup included)! Not only was the location super close to a lot of the downtown fun, but we were able to remove ourselves when it was time to just relax and unwind. We’ve already started making plans for next time we visit! Issac was responsive, proactive, and overall really chill - he’s a great host and we’ll be rebooking again in the future for sure.

First time in Fayetteville and was there for UArk orientation. Perfect walkable location as it’s right on the edge of campus, on Dickson street with lots of restaurants and .5 miles from Block Street with GREAT shopping. I had originally made the res a day too early and Melinda quickly honored my request to change it. Super easy arrival and entry. Huge plus to have allotted parking spaces in that area!The condo bathrooms, kitchen and linens were spotless and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. I feel like on a busy weekend it could get noisy but it is a college town on the main drag so… It was fine. Only negative, the temp control is tough. It is a loft like space, so to make it cool up, it is like a refrigerator down. Tried to watch a movie on the sofa and my son and I were dressed like we were skiing plus blankets. When we turned the thermostat up, it was too hot to sleep comfortably upstairs. I would replace the shag rug in den to low pile for cleanliness. We thought it was great!

We had an amazing weekend at the luxury treehouse! I could go on and on. The view of the creek, the fire powered hot tub, the amazing bathroom with heated floors. 😍😍😍 a perfect spot to relax and “get away” but close enough to town to have a night out. Ross was super helpful and always very responsive. We will be back! 10/10 recommend!
