Monthly Rentals in Shinagawa City

Ken was very helpful and communicated well and responded fast with any questions or concerns . Had trouble locating house at first but reached out and was personally met and guided even in the rain which we all thought was very nice and helpful. Was plenty of room for entire family but be mindful of having a lot of luggage two bedroom on 3rd floor. House clean and fully stocked with towels linen and all basic supplies. Couple 24 convince stores close by along with some food and restaurants. Not far from train station .

Good location with smooth communications with the host. Highly recommend!

Our family of 3 stayed for 4 night. We love the convenient location, which is a short 5-8mins walk from the station which is just one stop from a large interchange station. There are many convenience stores nearby for every thing you might need. We got ice cream from Family Mart every night when walking from station to the apartment. There is a clothes washing machine (15mins for rapid wash and 30mins for full cycle) and dried in the bathroom using the dryer in the bathroom. Clothes are dry when we wake up. Like other apartments in Japan, there is not much space within the apartment; for example there is no space to keep our suitcases open. I would suggest that max of 3 adults be the maximum although there is a single sofa bed available to accommodate the 4th adult. I would not recommend this.
