A beautiful location to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. Easy access to Exeter for shopping. Peaceful and Quiet.. Great hot tub too...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The accommodation was immaculate and beautifully presented. From the well equipped kitchen, to the best shower we've ever used, we couldn't have asked for more. Our hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful through the whole process. There was plenty of local information provided. We took our dog, and you could do the early morning walk straight from the property which was ideal and the enclosed garden was lovely. We would happily stay here again.

A cozy place to stay in Exeter! - The house is close to Exeter Quay and the city center, also near some bus stops and a train station - Everything in the house is clean, beautiful, of good quality, and easy to use （I really like the matched colors and wood decorations, and we really enjoy the comfortable bed and the strong shower) - Phil is always kind, friendly, patient, happy to communicate with us and give us guidance to explore more places

What can we say, just what myself and the wife wanted for a break. Peaceful and relaxing, which was one of the things that was at the top of our list. We had some real quality time, to unwind. Everything you required, for a short break, or a weeks holiday, was at hand. We were that blown away that much with the set up that we have organised to go back again. We had some fun feeding the sheep and chickens and got out on a couple of local walks. There is nothing much more than saying that this is a little gem of a place and we loved it.
